Walk to Lift + Historic Breck, Private Hot Tub

This special mountain townhome is located close to Main Street and the heart of Breckenridge. It is ideally located close to the Peak 9 Base and only a 5-minute walk to Main Street Eateries, Boutiques and numerous shops in historic downtown Breckenridge.

The free shuttle bus stops near the entrance to Village Point (less than a 1/10th of a mile walk).

We offer the best of both worlds being close to town and yet surrounded by pine and aspen trees in a quiet area. The townhome is a beautifully decorated, high-end three-level townhome that has been completely renovated.

On the main level, the vaulted ceiling living room offers you a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a fun day of outdoor play. Bring a book to get lost in as you look out at the pines, have fun playing the games in the unit, or escape into a great movie on the 50" Smart TV that you can stream your personal accounts on.

The living room opens onto the large private deck with your private hot tub that seats 6, giving you the most amazing star-gazing. The deck overlooks the peaceful, natural setting and has views of Peak 9.

The dining area, with seating for six (and additional seating at the wrap-around granite bar), is the perfect setting to gather and enjoy a relaxed time together.

The fully-equipped kitchen has most everything you will need for entertaining and creating a quick snack or a family feast including a Cuisinart, Keurig, crock pot, Kitchen Aid, and much more. The open floor plan allows everyone to be close and engage with the chef or have multiple cooks in the kitchen without feeling crowded. 

The Master King Bedroom is located on the top (3rd floor) with a vaulted ceiling, and a 48" TV creating a quiet retreat you can hide away.

The Master Ensuite bathroom is set up with towels, shampoo, body wash and blow dryer. You can rinse off in the shower with a rain shower head or relax and soak in the tub after a day on the slopes. 

At the top of the 3rd-floor stairs, just off the master bedroom is a cozy landing with a seating area and a desk to spend some alone time reading or working remotely. The free Wifi is fast helping when you have to work, but hopefully, you will not!

The lower level of the townhome provides a second Master King Bedroom with a streaming TV and plenty of storage to unpack and feel at home. Attached is your private ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. It also has its own streaming TV. Only steps away in the hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well as the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

This townhome has a one-car detached garage with ski storage and an additional parking space in front of the garage for a second vehicle. A special bonus is the walkway to the townhome front door is radiant-heated which is huge in our winter alpine environment. The setup of the complex was thoughtfully designed to give that 'mountain retreat' feel people are looking for. 

There is a grill for use in the driveway only, which is not connected to the townhome but around the corner.

In addition to the 5 peaks for which Breckenridge Ski Resort is famous, Summit County boasts 4 more world-class Ski Resorts within a 30-minute drive, including Copper Mountain, Keystone Resort, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin (or as the locals call it A-Basin). Only a few more minutes drive west on I-70, over majestic Vail Pass are also Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts.

Beyond the slopes, you can check out more winter activities including snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, ice skating and tubing. 

For summer fun you can escape into countless adventures including fishing, golfing, beautiful mountain hiking, white water rafting, road and mountain biking, and horseback riding making Breckenridge and surrounding mountain towns a sought-after year-round destination for people from around the world.

This property is comfortable wit easy access. It's not really walk-able to town but convenient bus for the skiers. It's clean and spacious. We enjoyed everything it had to offer....hot tub, cooking in the well equipped kitchen and relaxing in the living room after skiing.

Excellent Property!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed and was well stocked for our families! Plenty of towels, linens, kitchen was more than stocked with everything we needed for big family meals. We loved the family games and puzzles too! The location was perfect, easy walk into and out of town and we loved having the skating rink across the street. We had all details on the checkin well in advance and no issues at all while there. Would certainly book again!

Ski Fun
This property is close enough to town to walk to Main Street and is immaculate. The new carpet gave the impression it was a brand new condo. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to a day of sledding or skiing. We appreciated the amount of towels which allowed hot tub use and showering. The kitchen had every utensil, dishes, bowls, and pans needed to make all of all meals. the amount of seating in the living area and the meal areal made family time easy and comfortable. Two parking spots was a bonus. We would easily return to th this property.

Fantastic Stay
The property management messaged me early in the week and coordinated check in very well. The location was wonderful, with all amenities working great. The walk up can be slippery in ski boots, so walk slow. Great location with easy access to the free ride and a short walk downtown. Really enjoyed our time here!

Wonderful Accommodations
We spent a lovely weekend in Breck and this condo was just perfect! We could easily walk to town and there was more than enough for our family of five adults. The private hot tub was a nice touch. We cooked a few times in the well-appointed kitchen and there were even linen napkins available to use—classy. Check-in was a breeze and I’d highly recommend this condo. A+

Very NIce Property
The property was very nice & clean. And would stay there again. The only bad is and this is no fault of the owners, but the dryer did not work ALL week. Called Great Western Lodging of the problem, they NEVER called back or asked what they could do to help. Said they would have it repaired and never did when we did speak to someone. Not even a call to us to explain why it was not repaired. We had to ask for extra towels because we wanted to use the hot tub. We had to call them multiple times and only got the we're so sorry story. Not even a call back from the Manager after calling many times. Been skiing at Breckenridge for over 35 years and will NEVER stay at a property managed by Great Western Lodging management again!

The only negative that I have is that the toilet in the kids bathroom needed repaired. The tank fill would stick. Other than that it was a beautiful property and we would definitely stay again. Convenient to peak 9 and downtown.

The place was a great location. It has everything we needed. All the rooms were great. The pictures showed exactly what to expect in the layout. The private hot tub was awesome to soak in after a long day of skiing. The place has a garage that was nice to store ski equipment in and to keep car free of snow. Excellent place to stay overall.

Great ski vacation!
The property was in a great location. Once we figured out the bus system and where we were actually located everything went smooth! Very convenient to downtown. You could walk there. We did not because it was too cold for us Floridians! The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. Great pillows. The fireplace was great! We would definitely stay there again! Perfect for a family
This townhome was perfect for a family having the master bedroom on the 3rd floor and 2 more bedrooms in the basement. Kitchen and living area on the main level was a perfect roomy gathering spot. The kitchen is very equipped was pretty much every thing you need. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner here! The property owner was also great and prompt communicating with me. We will be back!

Great fall getaway.
With our boys doing virtual school due to Covid, we were able to do a fall getaway for the first time. The property is a five min walk from town so we were able to walk to coffee shops while the boys were on zoom calls. Internet worked great. The property was very clean and pretty much fully stocked with everything you would need. I would suggest folks bring their own breach towels if you choose to use the hot tub. There were only two provided for our family of four. The unit has three floors with two bedrooms on the lower level and one on the top level. The lower level rooms were much cooler than the other floors, however space heaters were provided.
