This 1,400 sq/ft home offers a comfortable space for relaxing or working, conveniently located near major Austin attractions like South Congress, Downtown, the airport, and Zilker Park.

Please note that the swimming pool shown in the pictures is a community pool and is seasonal.

For your security, we have exterior cameras at the backyard and driveway.

Guests can access all areas of the house. Common areas that guests can access include the living room, dining room, and backyard.


All guests will be provided with a 4-digit passcode to open the front door right before arrival. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us whenever through Airbnb, text, or call.

The home has a total of three rooms. Each room includes a full-size 10" memory foam bed with fresh linen and access to typical living accessories (i.e. hairdryer, iron).

Wifi (300 mbps) besides a space in each room perfect for home office.

Guests have access to the spacious and beautiful living areas. All appliances (including microwave, blender, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests and if you need help feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself.

Indulge in leisurely moments by taking a dip in our inviting community pool, where you can unwind and refresh under the sun's warm embrace.

🔸If the TV control remote gets lost, the replacement will have a $50 cost
🔸Linen fee: $15. Replacement items cost an additional $15 each time. Once paid, replacements will be left outside your room.
🔸House not child-proofed; supervision required for kids
🔸No unregistered guests. Any unregistered guest will incur a $35 fee per person, per day of stay.
🔸The replacement cost for each lost key to access the pool is $100 if lost.
🔸Electric vehicle charging is not provided. If a regular outlet is used for charging, a $35 fee per night will apply.
