This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 66-inch TCL with Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for seven. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a GE Side-by-Side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including quartz countertops. Keurig coffee maker with starter pods included.

Master Suite 1 is located to the left of the entry and features a King-sized Bed, 51-inch TCL with 4K Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and two reach-in closets with access to the back patio. The private, en-suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink (please not the bidet in the photo is no longer installed and is not available). Bedroom 2 is located to the left of the garage door and features a Queen-sized Bed, 51-inch TCL Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan and large reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located to the right of the garage door and features a full-on-full bunkbeds, a 51-inch TCL Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan and a reach-in closet. The hallway bathroom is located to the left of the entry and features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Ultra fast high speed wifi internet throughout the home. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and starter laundry pods. This property also features parking for 4 which includes 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and no street parking per HOA rules.

This large-private yard is perfect for your vacation needs. You will find yourself enjoying the outdoor seating area with room for four under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. Watch your favorite team on the outdoor television while the kids enjoy a game of Badminton, Classic Bean Bag Toss Game, or outdoor bowling. Your meals can be prepared on the propane-fueled barbecue, just bring your favorite recipe. Spend hours in the oversized pool with a tanning shelf or in the heated spa with your favorite glass of wine. Enjoy some morning yoga as the sun rises and let the kids run around on the lawn where there is so much room for activities. RV parking on the left side of the home through a gate is available.

Bougainvillea Villa is in one of the very best locations, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa.

- If you would like to bring one dog (40lbs max) to the property there is a $100 non-refundable dog fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds or living room couch (dog hair found on beds or living room couch will have a dry cleaning fee post-stay) and ensure to pick-up their droppings.

- Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the street per HOA rules.

- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $80hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
