Lakeview Apt at Crescent Lake near downtown

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located apartment nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Crescent Lake. This one bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy a weekend getaway or an extended business trip. Get to work in the dedicated workspace in a lovely sunroom with a nice view of Crescent Lake. Free wifi is available in the unit.
Historic attractions such as Sunken Gardens are minutes away by foot, while vibrant Downtown St. Pete is just minutes away by car.
Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 11:00 a.m.

Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.

NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Pet Policy's If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to pay the pet fee. All your Pet's doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.

All our units are 100% nonsmoking. If our cleaning crew notices any smoke smell from marijuana, tobacco, or any other smokable substance you will be charged an additional fee of $250 for disinfection and ozone treatment.
