Diese saubere, hundefreundliche und familienfreundliche Unterkunft ist perfekt für bis zu 4 Personen (dies ist die Grenze für die Anmietung, je nach unserer Ferienwohnung), aber Sie dürfen bis zu 4 Gäste über Nacht oder Freunde haben! Sie können bis zu 6 Personen in Betten unterbringen, 2 weitere auf einem Ausziehsofa und ein Pack and Play passt sogar in den Kleiderschrank des Gästezimmers!

Die Miete beinhaltet alle frisch gewaschenen Bettwäsche für Aufenthalte von 30 Tagen oder weniger. Leinenmiete kann zu Monat + Miete für nur $ 25 / Monat hinzugefügt werden. Die Bettwäsche umfasst alle Erwachsenenbetten, Bade-, Hand- und Küchentücher, Waschlappen und Topflappen. Strandtücher sind nicht inbegriffen. Für das Pack n Play stellen wir keine Bettwäsche zur Verfügung.

Mit doppelter gewölbter Decke (bitte beachten Sie, dass die gewölbten Decken zwar wundervoll sind, jedoch ein erhebliches Temperaturungleichgewicht zwischen der ersten und zweiten Etage verursachen können!), offene, Loft-Bereich mit zwei Einzelbetten, 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher (im Wohnzimmer) mit kostenlosem Netflix, HDMI-Kabel für Spiele / Filme und Googlecast, Highspeed-WLAN (300/30 Mbit / s), Infrarotgrill, Whirlpool im Garten, Essbereich, Waschmaschine und Trockner. 35-Zoll-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss im Hauptschlafzimmer und 29-Zoll-Fernseher im Ersatzschlafzimmer zum Anschauen von DVDs (ohne Kabel).

Der nächste Pool ist 50 Meter entfernt (und verfügt über eigenes WiFi), der Strand ist nur 7 bis 10 Gehminuten entfernt, das Einkaufsviertel Coligny erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 15 Minuten, und beide erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in drei Minuten. Ruhige und sichere Eigentumswohnung Komplex verfügt über mehrere Pools und rec. Einrichtungen einschließlich Tennisplätze. Die Insel ist sehr fahrradfreundlich mit Wegen überall und angemessener Miete pro Tag oder Woche.
Wochenbuchung Samstag bis Samstag (streng in den Sommermonaten, milde alle anderen Monate). Check-in-Zeit ist 16 Uhr am Samstag zu Beginn Ihres Aufenthaltes, Check-out bis 10 Uhr am Samstag zu Ende Ihres Aufenthaltes. Addieren Sie 11% für alle Steuern. • Bodenbelag: Wir würden gerne den Teppich und die Fliesen in der oberen Etage durch einen neuen Hartholzboden ersetzen (wenn Sie ein Installateur sind, der Ihre Arbeit sowie den Boden garantieren / garantieren kann)..

• Dekorationsmalerei: Wenn Sie ein Innenarchitekt oder ein Dekorationsmaler sind, sind wir nach Vereinbarung für einige lustige Wandbehandlungen offen. Wir haben auch einige lustige Ideen für dekorative Farbe auf unserem (sehr veralteten) Möbel.

Good Stay

Mike was attentive and quick responding to our needs during our stay. The updated kitchen was nice and well stocked. The pool being so close to the condo was wonderful. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk.

Nice vacation stay

We enjoyed our summer vacation trip and stay at the house. As described, it had what we needed for the week. The best thing about the place was it a location (10 min walk from the beach) to everything (walk to restaurants). Plenty of parking and 2 pools on the premises to use. Appreciated that we could bring the dog.

Centrally located, close to the pool and pet friendly!

We enjoyed the pool, took a couple of strolls to the beach, and drive on day trips to Savannah and Charleston. All the restaurants we chose were good, and grocery store was close. We enjoyed the back deck in mornings and evenings. Beds are FIRM.

We were very happy with our stay overall. The host was very responsive to our questions and observations. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and all the documentation was very descriptive. Treetops is a great little area for walks with your pets and a short 10 min walk from the beach. Thanks again!

Great location and spacious condo

The condo was much bigger than anticipated leaving lots of room for us and our dogs to relax and play. The included kennel was helpful so that we could put the pups away while we were out. The proximity to the on-site pool was very convenient along with the bike path and short walk to the beach! The instructions and tips provided prior to arrival were very detailed and super helpful in getting acclimated and finding the way to the beach! We had an amazing time in HHI and we will be back!

It is comfortable as described. Great spot for a couple and their furry friend.

Nobody can control the weather so we had to be in the place a little more than we planned. Nonetheless we were comfortable and had a great month. The owners were responsive and helpful throughout the month. The only suggestions I would make are to add a few chairs etc. so you could have more than two people for dinner. Close and easy to get to the beach which was important to us A good time!

Condo was in a great location. We totally appreciated being able to have our daughters therapy dog with us. Condo is homey and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and silverware. 2 1/2 baths was very nice. In the description it said dryer would only dry on the delicate cycle but that must have gotten fixed as we had no trouble with the dryer. Our host answered our 1 and only call immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Loved this dog friendly condo and its location for our ten week stay

We stayed in this condo from mid-February to mid-April this year to escape the cold Canadian winter. Even though the weather was cooler than usual in Hilton Head this year, it was much better than at home and were out and about enjoying the nice weather. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to the town center, beach, grocery stores, a drug store and restaurants (we walked everyday). Absolutely bring your bicycle or rent one..... riding on the hard flat beach was such great fun! The layout of the condo is excellent with the two stories. We stayed upstairs and our daughter, son-in-law and grandson stayed downstairs. It is definitely a dog friendly area and our daughter's dog enjoyed her month at Hilton Head. The open concept kitchen was great. We will definitely look at renting here again when we come back to Hilton Head. To note: We found the Players Club, about at five minute walk away, that has weekly and monthly memberships for the fitness facility, indoor pool and lots of fitness classes.

We were very disappointed with the property.

This villa is in need of paint and new carpet.. The carpet on the staircase is stained as is the carpet in the bedroom. The kitchen appliances were nice but the cabinets and drawers were in need of cleaning with crumbs and coffee stains were inside the drawers. We ate out for every meal.. The extra bedroom was too warm and we were unable to keep the temperature set at a comfortable setting. We arrived at night and had difficulty finding the villa for lack of lighting.. The lock is difficult to use which is was problem in the dark while using our phones for a flashlight. From the pictures and description we certainly expected way nicer..The villa is also very dark in the daytime.. The pool was decent though. I have been to HHI vacationing for 35 years and never written a negative review on anything..I feel bad writing this but the villa tarnished my vacation and also my friends that I invited..

Comfortable, Inexpensive, Great for Families and Kids

I came to HH off season to be able to spend some quality time with my sister without our kids. This condo was perfect because it roomy, comfortable, in a great location, and inexpensive enough that we were still able to go out and hit the outlets! The place was clean and organized, and I liked the fact that there were normal items available that I might not bring or want to purchase a huge container of like salt and pepper, sugar, coffee filters, body lotion, etc. The location is great too! So close to the beach and shopping. The pool is practically in the backyard. It was closed for the season when I was here but looks nice. My kids will love it for sure. The furnishings are clean but not new, so it is nice to have a more lived in, family atmosphere where I wouldn't be afraid to let my kids sit on the sofa. There are plenty of sleeping options too, so it would be perfect for even a two family vacation (maybe next year?) Since I was there in the winter we ran the heat. I only gave it 4 stars because it was a little hot upstairs and a little cool downstairs. I imagine this is mostly because of the gorgeous and TALL vaulted ceiling and all the heat goes up. Not sure what one can do about it, and it was still totally livable. The kitchen looks small on first glance, but the open concept really gives more usable space and is great for socializing. My sister is something of a gourmet chef, so we opted for the "gourmet cabinet upgrade". Totally worth it. They are super high end appliances and food prep tools. She was able to work really well in the kitchen and made some amazing meals. I drank wine and 'helped'. Make sure when you stay here you rent beach cruisers from Bicycle Billy's on Pope Ave. We had a great time biking around the south end of the island, and I noticed that they have Wee Ride trailer bikes and tag along bikes that I will rent when I come back with my family. Rates are good and there are coupons and promotions available online.

Home away from home

The condo was well laid out, and a wonderful place for spending a month in Hilton Head..Spacious living areas and bedrooms. Pretty much exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was top notch. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

Very nice property close to all the things HHI has to offer. Mike was very responsive whenever we had a question, and offered up suggestions to spots we haven’t been to before.

Great getaway

Nice place situated near the sea pines end of the island. Walkable to the beach with a cart and right off the bike path. Community was nicely maintained with walkways that were lit at night to walk the dogs. The vaulted ceilings gave the place more light. Everything worked great except for a light that was broken but notified the owners and they responded quickly. The only thing I would recommend is stay up to at least 10:30pm to set the thermostat to 72. It’s automatically programmed to go back to 75 degrees every 2 hrs and the upstairs gets hotter than 75 due to warm nights and rising heat. Took me several nights of waking up sweating in middle of the night to figure that out since we go to bed early. After that , 72 was perfect.

Treetops Stay

Overall our stay was very good. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We called and asked a couple of questions and he was immediately available and provided any assistance we needed. The location was a little farther from the beach but still within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. (maybe a little more silverware) We are not sure of our plans for next year but would stay here again. Mike did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable in HHI. We regret having to leave early because of a death in the family

Great Property

The place was clean, spacious and the perfect location! A short walk to the beach and plenty of good restaurants/happy hour spots in short vicinity. Communication with host was great and everything was accurate in listing. Recommend!

Christmas 2022

My husband and I and our three dogs came down and stayed for 3 days for a quick getaway to celebrate Christmas and our anniversary. Mike made sure we had all of the information needed for parking passes, how to get into the condo, Wifi, TV remotes, etc…. This was super helpful and very much appreciated. The condo was very neat and clean and organized. It was quite easy to get comfortable and make ourselves at home. We also enjoyed walking our dogs throughout the property and the dogs loved seeing all of the squirrels dashing around! Found many great places to eat and shop and enjoyed some beach time as well! The neighborhood was very well kept, well lighted and quiet. We felt very safe walking at night. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!!

We are small business owners who live in Columbus, Ohio. We own 3 salons and 2 salt spas and Mike is a Life Coach and Elizabeth a Wellness Coach. We have 2 wonderful daughters, 2 dogs and a cat. Mike is originally from Pittsburgh (Go Steelers) and Elizabeth was born in Mississippi.

We love South Forest Beach. The newly renovated Tiki Hut is great for music and a beach view and Lagerheads (The Pool/Beach bar you walk by going to the beach, which is on the Marriot Property) makes a nice pitstop! This end of the island felt more like an 'island' (the other end feels more commercial to us), and the plantations take so long to get in and out of...this is so much more convenient!
