Our gorgeous home has 5 bedrooms 3 full baths, with fabulous views setting in secluded private area of Lake Arrowhead with a BACK-UP GENERATOR which will provide 100% functional power when an outage 👍

We are in the unbeatable location where is minutes to Grocery store, hiking trails & so MANY restaurants/boutique stores.
A short Driving:
6 mins - The LA Village Shops
10 mins - Sky Park at Santas Village
20 mins - Lake Gregory to Swim🏊‍♀️
30 mins - Snow Valley Resort ⛷

Here are some very important highlighted house rules and we have to make sure that you are aware and agree with these rules:

1. Smoking: WEED SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE PROMISES INDOOR AND OUTDOOR including patio and backyard. The smell is disturbing and please do not book if you are weed smokers.

2. Number of Guests + Visitors: The total number listed on the reservation is the maximum occupany allowed in the property at all time during your stay, and that number is including guests + visitors who might not stay. For example, if you put 8 guests, that means you will have total of 8 people (Guests + Visitors) show up on the property. No additional guests or visitors are allowed at any time. Please be aware that we do have extra charge for total number of Guests + Visitors more than 8 people, and it is $75/night/person. And MAXIMUM number of guests + Visitors allowed in the property is 10 people.

3. Sound level: Loud Bass Music is strictly prohibited. Please also be aware that we have NOISE MONITOR on promises to help us keep in track with your sound level. (The device does not record or store any conversations, only sound level monitoring). You do not need to worry about it as long as you don’t have large gatherings or loud party, you will be totally fine.

4. Number of cars: The maximum number of cars allowed on property is 4 cars. NO ADDITIONAL CARS ARE ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.

Line Fire disaster.

Our VRBO vacation rental property was booked in advanced for the Lake Arrowhead brew fest that was being held on Sept 7th, 2024. With our luck a few days before our trip was taking place the Line fire started in San Bernardino County. Upon arrival to our Lake Arrowhead rental property on Sept 7th we were greeted by hazy skies and ash falling. Half of our group decided to forgo the brewery festival and make our way back to the cabin to stay clear from the smoke and ashes as some of the women are pregnant and children were present. As the day went on the fire neared closer and alerts were going off on our phones about the air quality being terrible and also there may be an evacuation warning in effect soon due to the fire. As a group we decided it was best for us to go back down the mountain and avoid being woken up by alerts indicating we are being evacuated and need to gather the kids, supplies, luggage and make our way out of the propert in the middle of the night. We ended up leaving the property at 8 o’clock and I reached out to
