This stunning Edgewater Tower 3 beachfront vacation rental condominium features some of the best oceanfront views you will find in Panama City Beach, Florida! Centrally located in PCB, unit 702 at Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 3 is the perfect option for a family or friends getaway.

The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom, while the second bedroom has two queen beds with access to the second bathroom. The renovated common area features a full-sized bed in the hallway nook, with an additional queen cabinet bed located in the common area for a total sleeping capacity of 10 for this stunning rental condo.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort. If you're interested in nightlife local bars like Tootsies, Newby's The Liq and Coyote Ugly and Salty Goat are all 5 to 10 mins from the condo.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach and check in on arrival day. If party checking in is under 25 they will be denied access.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Tower 3 at Edgewater will be completing Fire Sprinkler upgrades at various times of 2024 on certain rooms and floors. We do not have a firm schedule of work at this time. Efforts will be made to limit effects on any vacation you book with us, but the work staff will be required to have access at various times to test the new installation process as they proceed.
