One room features a versatile trundle bed with a queen and a full, the second bedroom has a plush queen bed, and the cozy sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates another two. For the game enthusiasts, an extra room is equipped with a trundle bed comprising two twin beds and is home to two arcade machines: Pac Man and Mortal Combat. At our apartment, we've combined comfort with convenience. No Motorized Vehicles or Bikes: Guests are not permitted to bring any motorized vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles onto the property. This includes any form of personal transportation that requires a motor or engine to operate.
No Irregular or Unapproved Items: To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, the bringing of any items not typical to a vacation rental, such as large equipment, oversized furniture, or other irregular or unauthorized items, is strictly prohibited.
Furniture and Property Movement
Do Not Move Furniture: Guests are kindly asked not to move any furniture inside or outside of the property. This includes rearranging or relocating furniture, as it may damage the property or interfere with its setup and functionality.
Trash Bins: Guests are also not permitted to move or relocate trash bins. Please dispose of waste in the designated areas without moving any bins from their original placement.

PARKING
We provide free parking. Please use only ONE parking space, and provide us your license plate number. We are not responsible for any fines associated with parking. Our parking space can fit a regular size car. This may not fit bigger vehicles such as SUVs or trucks. IF YOU DO NOT GIVE US YOUR LICENSE PLATE NUMBER, YOU MAY BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.
NEIGHBORHOOD & NOISE DISCLAIMER
Urban Vibes: Our property is located in an area that captures the essence of city living, which means you can expect a lively atmosphere and ambient noise.
Up-and-Coming Area: This neighborhood is in the midst of transformation and has a diverse, eclectic character. It's a place where old meets new, and it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Noise Levels: Due to the urban setting, you may experience higher noise levels, especially during peak hours.
Community Awareness: While the area is evolving, it retains a raw, authentic charm. We recommend always being aware of your surroundings, as you would in any urban environment.

OCCUPANCY
The home can have up to 10 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 10, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host.
SMOKING
There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. If an early check in is granted,(2pm check in) there will be a $40 fee.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price. Late checkout fee: If you are 30 mins late on checkout day, it is an additional $75 fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged for an additional day. (THIS DOES NOT AWARD YOU POSSESSION FOR THE ADDITIONAL DAY, IT IS JUST A PENALTY FOR HOLDING POSSESSION BEYOND WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE YOU COULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE FUTURE RESERVATION AND YOU'LL BE COSTING US FOR HOUSEKEEPERS WAITING AROUND.) The additional day is the base rate without discounts.
PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the community and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first.
PETS
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:
1-5 Nights : 25$ Per Day
5-29 Nights : 200$
30+ Nights : 300$
All authorized pet may NOT be left alone, unattended in the unit.
If an unauthorized pet is present we will charge a $150 per day fee

PARTIES
The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200
SECURITY
We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.
TRASH AND RECYCLING
Trash Days:
Wednesday: Trash & Heavy items like furniture
Sunday: Trash & Recycling
Time Restrictions: Trash and recycling should only be left out after 5 PM on the designated days.
Fines: If trash or recycling is left out before 5 PM, guests will be responsible for any fines incurred from the city.

EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
STARTER KIT
Starter Kit Provided: We provide a "Starter Kit" that includes basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom supplies, trash bags, and kitchen supplies. This kit is intended to last for a short stay.
