Please take note of the hot tub specifications: it's a 110v hot tub, with the temperature gradually dropping from 104 degrees to 100 degrees in an hour during winter. However, rest assured it will recover at a rate of approximately 1 degree per hour.

I am currently making small cosmetic upgrades to the house, so some things may be slightly different than pictured, but either without impact to functionality, or with improved functionality. Some examples are: installing blinds in all windows that are easier to operate than curtains and provide more privacy, upgrading plumbing fixtures, a new dining room table and chairs, etc.

Owner has access to:
- Detached garage
- Separated areas of the back yard (including our two friendly dogs)
- The shed on the side of the house near the trash cans
- Owner may reach out during your reservation in order to check on hot tub chemicals.

Rest assured, there is fencing completely separating the Airbnb areas of the property from where the we have access.

On Tuesday and Thursday mornings our dogs get picked up by a school bus for off-leash hiking sometime around 8:00am. Don't be surprised by a guy named Brad saying "c'mon girls!" :)

Interaction with Guests:
I will sometimes be around using my studio in the detached garage on the property, or I may be out for the weekend in my campervan. Either way I plan to be available and able to help out with anything that comes up for you during your stay.
