For bookings of up to 4 people it is important to note that the house includes a Housemaid that will help guests to have an amazing stay for the cost of 20 usd per day and for bookings of more than 4 people the cost implies an additional 20 usd per day (40 usd total per day).

Please note parties are not allowed in this apartment.
