The unit has just completed a renovation and it boasts numerous modern touches and relaxing style. New flooring, furniture, bedding, and fixtures will make your stay in this condo an absolute pleasure. The unit includes a primary bedroom with a full bathroom and water views. There is a guest bedroom that shares a hall bathroom. The living area opens up onto the deck that provides wonderful views of the ocean and one of the numerous pools. There is assigned parking at the condo for 1 car. This is a resort like no other in this area! Sea Colony guests enjoy exclusive access to a half-mile of private beach, up to 12 pools (including two indoor), world class tennis, pickle ball, state-of-the-art fitness centers and activities for all ages. You do not need to leave the complex, there is always something to do. Resort amenities are not included in the rental fee, anyone over the age of 4 must purchase a badge to have access to any amenities at Sea Colony including the beach.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $162.50

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
