3602 Palm Blvd ist ein schönes 5BR Ocean Front Haus. Verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer und viereinhalb Badezimmer. Bäder wurden komplett renoviert. Großer Pool (kann gegen Gebühr beheizt werden). Dieses Haus bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 15 Gäste. (2.900 Quadratfuß)

ERSTE EBENE (Eingang): Die erste Ebene dieses Hauses verfügt über Parkplätze unter dem Haus und ein Tor zum Poolbereich. Der Hinterhof verfügt über einen großen Pool im Erdgeschoss und einen Gasgrill.

ZWEITER STOCK: Zwei Hauptschlafzimmer, eines mit Kingsize-Bett und eines mit Queensize-Bett und eigenem Bad, Waschküche, Küche, Sitzecke, separates Esszimmer und große Veranda. DRITTER STOCK: Verfügt über drei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer. Das erste Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Das Gästezimmer 2 verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein Queensize-Bett. Im Obergeschoss Master verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, ein Kingsize-Bett und Zugang zu einem eigenen Bad.

Amazing Family Week!

Our family had such a wonderful time here making incredible new memories! The views are spectacular, with fabulous sunsets on the beach, great beach walking, lots of space for everyone, and close to fun restaurants and activities. The kids loved the pool and spa too! The few hiccups we had were addressed quickly with genuine caring and taken care of quickly with kindness. Our expectations were exceeded :)

It was a great weekend at the beach!!!

The house was perfect.It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the hot tub. The adults just loved sitting on the porch and looking at the ocean. We made puzzles on the big round table and gathered to watch Ohio State on the big sectional sofa. It's a great house!!!!

Spent a week at the house and it was great! Had older parents and teenage kids and everyone had a blast. Walk to the beach and having the pool made everyone happy. Best part...rocking chairs on the front porch. ❤️

One of the best family vacations in a while.

This home was awesome! It was in a perfect location with close access to many restaurants, shopping, boat tours and museums. The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy for our family with enough space for the eight of us to be alone or together. We enjoyed the pool. The beach was a very short walk from the house.

Great location! Pool was awesome.

We had a wonderful week at this property. It was quite windy on the beach so the pool and spa were nice to have when it was warm and we needed a break from beach. Kitchen was great, and perfect amount of space for all ages.

This was a great house for a family get together...grandkids loved it. We are locals so it’s always a treat to stay right on the beach. Bedrooms and baths were beautiful....main room couch looked a little shabby but the big long table was perfect for all of us!

House was perfect! Had a minor issue w/ hot tub but was fixed pretty quickly. Didn’t know the pool & hot tub heat were tied together, so only one would heat at a time. Definitely appreciated the ability to heat the pool - worked great! The location was perfect! Hoping to return again in the future!

Great September Week @ the Beach

Property is better in person than in the pictures. A few items that had been mentioned as negatives in previous reviews in years past have been rectified. Its hard to overstate the location. Not just beachfront. But in a part of Isle of Palms where the beach is perfect and the crowds are nonexistent. We had a great time, would definitely recommend and likely will use again ourselves. Only caution is to bring plenty of bug repellent - the beautiful back porch beckons in the evening but the extra aggressive mosquitoes are ready and waiting.

Very nice accommodations! Our 8 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable. Between the pool and the beach we had all the entertainment we needed. (Good thing since we needed to social distance from the rest of the world.) Property manager was very responsive when we could not figure out the hot tub, but with some instructions it worked great!

Perfect for large family

This spot couldn't have been better! Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. Right on the beach so very convenient. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool. A word of caution....if you are renting this property in the next 6-12 months...there is a house being constructed next door so we didn't always have quiet when hanging out at the house or when little ones were napping. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. There was a minor issue with the pool and the grill, and the property manager responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Everyone had a great time. House was well maintained and for the few items that needed fixing the property manager had maintenance come out within 3 hours on average. Location to beach and private walk way to beach was loved by all. Pool was in very good working condition and the led lighting at night was great. We would recommend this property to anyone and will look to booking it for our next stay in a few years.

Seamless rental from beginning to end. Beautiful property with a great location! Perfect space for 5 adults and 6 children! Kitchen cabinets need some minor repair (screws). No big deal though.

Perfect location

Family vacation with 6 adults and 4 children ages almost 2, 5 & almost 7 They kept asking us to buy this house.😉 We loved everything about the house from location, pool and spacious layout. It does need some new appliances including frig & dishwasher. I’d love to see a stackable washer & dryer in laundry area and add a second frig. But this is our second time staying here & many beautiful upgrades including front entrance & pool area. Love this home.

Comfortable and open

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms are large and comfortable. The property managers were quickly responsive to problems (dishwasher - repairman said wasn't broken but it continued to leak after he left; pool - confusing to keep heated). My only disappointment was the heating system for the pool/hot tub. You pay extra to heat the pool, but it takes the heat from the hot tub (which should be automatically included) - in essence you are heating one or the other. But - we loved the house, the view and the option for heated water outside :)

The perfect weekend getaway

14 of my family and friends stayed at this property for a weekend in November. It was amazing! The house was clean and accommodated our party perfectly. I had one small issue that was resolved very promptly. What makes this house is the outside space. The porch has incredible views and comfortable seating for having coffee in the morning as the sun comes up. The pool and hot tub were clean and used every day. There was adequate seating outside. The best part is that the house is literally steps from the beach. The beach was quite empty which was also nice (probably due to the time of year). I loved everything about my stay and would vacation here again in the future! What I really appreciated was that the property was true to the pictures/posting.

Beautiful, clean house. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool.

The open-concept first floor made it very easy to spend time with everyone staying here. The view from the deck of the beach and water is beautiful. We also made good use of the pool, hot tub, and back yard. Linens were provided which included bed sheets and bath towels. Beach towels or more bath towels would have been nice but it wasn't a big deal. The beds are all very comfortable and we slept well each night. There were a few small issues including an almost empty propane tank for the grill. I may have been mistaken but I could not find a spare tank to use. The other issues are mostly common and not worth noting. Our overall experience here was awesome and definitely lived up to our expectations.

I stayed 4 days with friends and there was absolutly nothing to complain about it.

It is a great Location and this Beach house promise not too much, worth the Money for sure. I ask 5 days upfront to bring the pool temperature up and the pool is somehow tricky connected to Jacuzzi, so the water was very warm, the outside temperature was cold but this does not minimize the effect of the warm and clean swim experience in that pool. The atmosphere inside and outside the house is to describe as it is very comfortable, really a place to relax and enjoy.
