Important Rules & Info:
>A $500 MXN pesos per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.
>All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access.
>This unit has a maximum occupancy of 8, with additional fees applied after 6 guests.
>Pets are allowed for an extra fee of $150.
>Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or portable speakers to the pool areas is prohibited.
>Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests can make use of the amenities.
>A USD $500 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check in and will be released after the team inspects the property at your departure
>Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units
>Quiet hours after 11pm. No noise on the balcony at any time. Violations of rules will lead to removal from property.
>Due to scheduled maintenance, the third-level pool and restaurant will be closed from May 7th to July 20th. All other amenities remain available, including the rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar, which will continue to operate normally.

-Then take an immediate short left turn down the hill. To your right you will approach the Indah building entrance.
