Sleep with the windows open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, knowing that if you hit a rare hot spell, you can always change your mind and put on the central AC. The house includes WiFi, large screen TVs, and a Sonos sound system (both inside and outside).

Upstairs, you'll find the private master bedroom suite which features a luxuriously comfortable King bed, and a large bath with separate shower and deep soaking tub. The upstairs also features a loft-style office and second floor balcony that spans half the house (great spot to catch summertime fireworks). Downstairs, there are four more bedrooms, all in one wing. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedrooms 2 and 3 (double beds). Bedroom 4 also has a double bed. The 6th bedroom is furnished as a gym with free weights, lifting bench, Peloton, mirrors, padded floor, and large flat-screen TV. (Gym serves as locked owner storage room for short term rentals.)
