Large basement apartment built for fun & relaxation - Hot Tub/BBQ and Patio seating area - includes a dedicated workspace. Work out area/boxing gym/kids gaming area. Central Park neighborhood - quiet, open spaces, & walkable to 5 award-winning restaurants in EastBridge Town Center and many more at Stanley Marketplace. Walkable to hiking at Bluff Lake and miles of bike paths right out the front door!

-Office, workout room (mats/boxing), kitchenette (light cooking)
-New, 1700SF, 2 bedroom/2 bath - Sleeps 8 plus, 4 beds and futon.
-Completely private, however, we live upstairs with our large dog. Dog has his own yard away from the shared area.
-420 friendly inside and out. Cannabis is welcome, however, cigarettes are not permitted inside.

-Surround sound speakers for tunes and an additional bluetooth speaker with microphone, Karaoke anyone?
-Work from Home friendly! Office space equipped with a printer + a 2nd desk in the bedroom
-Kitchenette appropriate for light cooking. Toaster, air fryer, griddle, pizza cooker etc provided.
-Private Washer/Dryer in unit
-Private entry through the courtyard/side entrance.

FABULOUS LOCATION: Central Park embodies everything that Denver has to offer and this particular location is better than the rest. We have the best view of Central Park, downtown, mountains and greenspace from the front of the home. Walkability to restaurants/shops, surrounded by nature/trails and easy to events, DIA and Downtown.
Commuter rail 1 mile away that goes to downtown Union Station and out to DEN international airport.

-Please note that we use this area as well. We’re glad to coordinate to provide privacy.

-Spacious living room with comfy sofa and 85” smart TV. Includes darts, shuffleboard, games and puzzle, Bob the boxer! Speaker system. Includes queen sofa bed.
-Kitchenette with natural edge wood bar. Perfect for light cooking, snacks and cocktails! Cooking facilities include an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker, pizza cooker, and foreman grill. Includes bar seating for 6 and 2 high top tables. 50” smart-TV above the bar
-Laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer.

Bedrooms/Flex Sleeping Spaces:
- Bedroom 1 features a king bed, a comfortable seating area, large closet, and a non-smart TV. HDMI hookup and remote for your own Roku or gaming system.
- Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a desk and tons of drawers/closet.
- Office - Equipped with a printer and a Murphy Bed for flexible use.
- Workout Room - For fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym equipped with boxing equipment, mats, and a futon for flexible use. 50” smart-TV and futon can be a great gaming area. French door closes for privacy

Two Large Bathrooms:
- Bathroom 1 is conveniently located in the hallway near the bedrooms, offering a double vanity, a shower, and a linen closet.
- Bathroom 2 is located off the great room and includes a shower.

Parking:
-Ample street parking is available, accommodating large vehicles such as RVs with ease. We are flexible and will work with you to ensure appropriate parking arrangements.
-Please note no parking in front of the neighbor’s house directly to the left if looking at the house.

GUEST ACCESS:
-Guests have access to the entire unit with a private entry
-Outdoor area included patio, hot tub, and grill are shared by the owners; however, we're happy to coordinate usage to provide privacy
-No mail to the unit. Deliveries are welcome and will come to our front door. You're welcome to grab them from the front or let us know to keep and eye out.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Fast WiFi, poor cell service for some, Verizon is good
-Basement apartment in a single family home.
-Large dog that can be heard upstairs, but we try and manage the noise.
-No separate thermostat; however, we’re happy to adjust the temp for you. We also have a space heater and fans on request.
-Space is best suited for no more than 6 adults + kids (some baby proofing, but not entirely)
-The outdoor spaces are SHARED including the Hot Tub and BBQ; however, we’re glad to coordinate with you to provide privacy.
-Stairs upon entry
-420 friendly inside and outside. We partake ourselves. No tobacco inside please.
-Please note no parking in front of the neighbor’s house directly to the left if looking at the house.

Great place for family fun!

The pictures on this listing do not do it justice! The neighborhood is amazing and the space indoor and outdoor is huge and beautiful! It was great to have the shuffle board, darts, cards, and hot tub so we could all hang out as a family. Host was very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again!

Hi We're Damon and Jessica, we live upstairs with our dog Prince(Rottweiler) and Daughter Arion. I'm a Denver native and real estate professional for 30+ years. And Jessica is in the mental health field. We're also parents of 3 more grown children and we're all active in the community. We are all inclusive and wanted to create a safe space for all, including reproductive rights visitors in need, cannibis users, or if you are simply here to enjoy the nature and social aspects of Denver and Colorado. We are active socially and are in the know of lot's of local events as we try and get out as much as possible. So feel free to reach out for the inside knowledge we have whether a restaurant recommendation, live music options or just what's going on in the neighborhood or close by. There's almost always something to do, but a lot of time it's hard to tap into it while traveling, so please don't hesitate to ask.

Central Park is an amazing gem that encompasses everything Denver has to offer. Quiet and residential with walkability to great food and nature. Our particular spot is surrounded by nature on 3 sides with trails everywhere. The park across the street is the "inspiration point" of the neighborhood, designed specifically to line up Central Park open space, the old Stapleton airport tower(now FlyteCo Brewery and gaming), downtown skyline and Colorado's highest peak Mt Evans. So feel free to grab a couple chairs or go sit on the benches on the pergola across and soak in a sunset or simply be astonished by Colorado's beauty. All of this 20 min from Downtown. WALKABLE destinations: Eastbridge Town Center, 3 blocks away: - 5 award-winning restaurants - Grocery store with Starbucks - Gift shops Stanley Marketplace, 1 mile: - A must go, especially if you have a group that can't decide what to do. Lots of things to do in this renovated hangar which was the birthplace of the ejection seat(little tidbit) Kids things, live music, bar scenes and a very cool gathering place to just walk around and hang out, inside or out. - Collection of 40 local restaurants, bars, and boutiques FlyteCo Tower, 1 mile: - Brewery with bowling alleys, arcade games, mini-golf, good food, and beer NEARBY: - More grocery options and big chain restaurants and stores -Fitzsimmons/CU Anschutz Medical Campus 1.5 mi - Easy access to public transportation with park and ride about 1.5 miles away, connecting to: - Airport 17 mi - Downtown 7 mi Easy highway access to: - I-25 and I-225 GETTING AROUND Parking is easy and Uber/Lyft are widely available. Car recommended for visiting mountains or suburbs. Public transportation options: Take A train from DIA to Central Park Station. You are now then less than 1 mile to the house (short Uber or long walk) If 2-3 people, it's simpler and cost-effective to take Lyft or Uber from the airport directly to the apartment

We finished the basement retreat specifically with guests in mind! We want you to be comfortable and have fun. Additionally, we have the best view in Central Park! The view from the front of the house is famous among locals! And we love Gnomes, they make everyone feel more welcome and put smiles on faces.
