Welcome to our Deluxe Guest Suite featuring a brand new luxury bathroom. With a separate entrance, you'll enjoy privacy and convenience. The suite offers a minibar equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge for easy breakfasts. Relax in the shared backyard with comfortable patio chairs. Our location is ideal, just minutes away from shops, restaurants, parks, lakes, Microsoft headquarters (5'), and downtown Bellevue, Redmond, and Costco (10').

There is a private modern bathroom
The bathroom includes:
- Shower essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet papers, tissue)
- Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths
- Hair dryer
Guest access
Guest can access the room by going through the gate on the right side of the front house. It has its own key to access the room

Enjoy the outdoor space with a comfortable seating area. Please clean up after yourself.

RESTRICTED AREAS:

- Laundry access upon request
Laundry could be arranged. The first load is free of charge, and any additional loads will incur a small fee of $5 per load. Please inform us if you need to use the laundry area, as it is not located in an accessible area.

During your stay
While the host stays in the same building, we have made sure to provide our guests with a private room featuring its own bathroom and a separate entrance. This setup ensures both privacy and convenience for our guests. Additionally, there is a shared patio in the backyard where you can enjoy the provided furniture.

If you need recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, or activities in the area, please don't hesitate to ask. We are always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. Should you require anything during your stay, such as extra towels, blankets, or toiletries, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Other things to note
There is plenty of free parking space available both on the driveway (please don’t block the left side cause we need to get our car out) and along the street. And we have kids so you may hear some noise from time to time but most of the time it’s quiet
