Each of the bedrooms and living room have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with: refrigerator, stovetops, microwave, cookware/dishes/utensils and it has a drip coffee maker. If you like to cook when you are staying, we have plenty of pots and pans and other things that you need. The living room has a brand-new Ashley Sofa/bed along with dining are. It provides a sunroom off the living room to enjoy morning sunrises or afternoon naps following a day on the green or at the beach. This unit is equipped with linens, bath towels, balcony chairs and a washer/dryer. All linens & bath towels will be cleaned before check-in and after check-out. This community has a pool clubhouse and BBQ area. NOTE: The HOA does not allow grills inside or outside the property; they are only allowed in the designated community area.
