Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Please note: this home also has a cottage attached to it that is occupied by the owner on occasion when she is not traveling. She will not access any of the areas that you’re in and that are considered shared with the exception of possibly the driveway occasionally will have her vehicle there. She is doing some additional improvements to her cottage to create even more privacy.

This home is within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in North America. It is in a lovely part of the neighborhood that’s very residential not touristy. However very close within less than a mile and a half is some of the nicest restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Your access is separate and in the front of the home and is controlled by a keypad. You do also have access through the right side of the gate to the backyard as well as through the sliding glass door to the pool.

Your house will always be available to you at just a phone call away as I live in the neighborhood and am readily available for any concerns you may have.

The neighborhood is definitely red residential neighborhoods however due to its close proximity to the beach you can all often find people riding their bike or walking or exercising as it is a destination area for most people who are trying to escape some of the weather in the north and soak up some beautiful sunshine.

We do recommend that you have a car if you choose to do a little sightseeing that would include some of the nicest areas in North America. There are restaurants, hotels, events shopping, entertainment it’s either an Uber right away or if you have your own personal car or rental.

This property was purchased with a granny flat or a cottage attached. The homeowner travels extensively and occasionally comes back to the space but does not intrude or enter any of the areas that are considered private and inclusive to only your reservation.

Her access is on the exterior of the house on the back left side. There is a sliding glass door that will be blockaded soon however it is not functional and she does not access the pool from it.
We are in The unit as part of the offering in the future for those individuals that would like to rent a home that also would like to have an additional separate area for family members or au pair.
