⾕ - We provide full concierge service for all types of activities and gladly provide recommendations for restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible
彡 - Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist on the property that were not photographed
જ - We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest
☾♬♪ - Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation
⏱ - Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily

⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in
⮕ - Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances
ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁 - We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed
𐂷 - If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given
♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase
⚠ - During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as pool maintenance, gardening, and trash disposal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment
