This is a historic home (100 years young!), built in the 1920’s, with many unique aspects & modern conveniences. This entire home is yours to use during your stay, from relaxing in the the cool claw foot tub & shower or cooking a gourmet meal in the kitchen on the updated gas stove, to just relaxing with your favorite streaming shows on any of the smart TV’s in the bedrooms or living room. This home is set up to accommodate up to 13 people, with plenty of places to find your space & activity during your stay.

The entire home is accessible to guests. Common areas include the foyer & hallways, kitchen, dining room, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room & living room (unless that is being used for a fourth bedroom with the queen pull out sofa bed). There are 3 private bedrooms, one downstairs with a king bed & two upstairs, both furnished with two queen beds each.

Guests are also welcome to use the front porch to gather and/relax or the large fenced in backyard for likewise relaxing or more active activities.

We do not have any staff onsite, please reach out if there is anything needed to make your stay more comfortable.

Please note: Because this is an older home, there are limited outlets & slightly uneven floors— this is simply the personality of this home, but we have tried to add as much updates as we can in order to accommodate any guest needing modern conveniences— welcome to our awesome Urban Retreat!
