Atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer von den 30-Zoll-überdachten Veranden aus Blaustein im 1. und 2. Stock.

Das große Haus aus dem Jahr 1900 wurde vollständig renoviert, wobei die architektonischen Details erhalten blieben und der heutige Komfort für die Kreatur hinzugefügt wurde. Das große Wohnzimmer verfügt über 3 französische Türen mit Zugang zur Veranda und einen Flachbild-TV. Ein Spielzimmer, ein Esszimmer, ein Vollbad mit Dusche, eine ausgestattete Küche mit Granitarbeitsplatten und ein Waschraum vervollständigen den ersten Grundriss. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 5 Schlafzimmer; Eines mit Kingsize-Bett, zwei Queensize-, ein Full-Size-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten. Das King- und das Twin-Schlafzimmer haben Türen, die zur überdachten Veranda im Obergeschoss führen. Der Meister (König) hat ein Vollbad mit Badewanne und Dusche, während ein Vorraumbad mit übergroßer Whirlpool-Badewanne mit Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken die anderen 4 Schlafzimmer bedient. Die Wäsche befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Es gibt eine große überdimensionale, komplett umzäunte Außendusche, eine Zufahrt zum Fertiger, die Parkplätze abseits der Straße und einen Gasgrill bietet. Das Haus verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage, Holzböden, hohe Decken, Deckenventilatoren und viele Fenster. 10 Strandabzeichen, Liegestühle, mehrere Fahrräder und Sonnenschirme sind für Ihre Nutzung enthalten.

Das Haus ist 250 Fuß vom Strand entfernt und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants, einem Supermarkt, einem Fitnesscenter, dem Silver Lake, dem Ferruggiaro Park, dem Belmar Fishing Club und allen Annehmlichkeiten, für die das Jersey Shore bekannt ist.

Dieses gepflegte, komplett renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus steht für die unten aufgeführten wöchentlichen Anmietungen zur Verfügung. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Vermietung auf ältere Erwachsene mit ihren Familien zu beschränken, die dieses Haus so behandeln, als ob es ihr eigenes wäre.

Big and beautiful in a perfect shore location

6 adults celebrating a family special birthday. Immaculate home, comfortable furnishings, everything you could want. 2 minutes’ walk to the beach with plenty of bikes and badges. Short drive to Six Flags. Highly recommend.

Fantastic time and experience.

This was our first family vacation with the new grandkids (twin 3yr olds) and it certainly did not disappoint! Being such a short walk to the beach was just perfect. And the ability to enjoy both front porches was priceless. Every bedroom worked out perfectly. Rick and Nancy were enjoyable and pleasant hosts to work with. We've already penciled in a return trip to make more wonderful memories here. It's perfect for a family. Totally a family neighborhood.

Great house, great location!

Our family of 9 had a fantastic week at this well equipped, super comfortable, large house that is right off the beach and within walking distance to lots of good restaurants. The owners were really helpful and available when questions came up. The garage is full of chairs, bikes, umbrellas.... ready for the beach!! We would definitely rent again.

Home Sweet Home

We have stayed at this house 4 times and simply love it. It is a gorgeous home -- not a beach rental. You won't be disappointed. The house was pristine when we arrived as usual. We had some rain, but the owners had umbrellas in living room for us. The owners have thought of everything.

Last Minute Get Away

We rented this house off season and it was just as clean and nice, as others have described in their reviews. We walked the board walk morning and night, and enjoyed the convenient location. It was great to be able to walk to La Dolce Vita, our favorite restaurant and also La Terrazza. We look forward to returning in the early spring.

Surpasses Expectations

Everything about the house and location from the description is true except it's even better! When you rent a house, you're worried that it's nicer in pictures than in person or that the great location has been exaggerated but in this case it surpassed our expectations. The home is beautifully maintained and impeccably cleaned. It has every comfort and the kitchen is more stocked than most daily homes. We had three generations in that home and even with toddlers, the beach was barely a walk away. Had we had better weather we would have made it there multiple times a day because it was so close you could return for naps or lunch and not have to haul everything with you. If all of this wasn't enough, the owners, Nancy and Rick, were incredible easy to rent from and went above and beyond to try and make sure our stay was the best it could be! I hope that we will be able to return in the future!

Spectacular home and great location.

Nancy and Rick's home is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of bikes, beach equipment, and outside gas brill. Our family has been vacationing since 1999. By far best equipped house to date. The layout of the home, furnishings, and porch is fabulous. It is evident that Nancy and Rick pay attention to the details down to an air pump for bike tires. What an amazing property!

I'm not sure where to begin. Just an amazing house with a great layout for families and friends to spend time together. There were 9 of us, we spent time cooking together in the spacious kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook, including all kitchenware. The living spaces are large and very comfortable, we spent most of our time while at the house on the front porch, both up and downstairs....with views of the beach that is just steps away. We grilled, went on many bike rides (at least 10 bikes, all in great working order), played games(many included in the living room).....can't say enough about this property. We're already talking about next year.......You won't be disappointed! The Costello's Oh the weather in June was perfect...mid 70s, low 80s.

Short Stay in Belmar Beach--Superb

I love this home. A welcome call from Rick. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is like being at home. Real close to the beach. Bicycles to tour the town and oh the view from the deck...simply peaceful. We look forward to returning again!

Delightful stay in Belmar

We had a nice quick stay by the beach in this lovely house. We really appreciated the bicycles to get around, sitting on the deck enjoying the view and the short walk to the beach. The location was easy to find and the amenities were just as we expected from the listing. After dark the TVs and fit Internet were welcomed by all. The call from Rick to be sure that everything was to our satisfaction was appreciated. We look forward to returning during the summer!

Wonderful Home

Your home provided us with a wonderful home for us to celebrate our daughter's wedding. We were only block away from their home. Being close to the beach was great. The comforts you provided made it all the more delightful. Thanks you for the welcome call too. Our family was excited and comfortable here. Stress-free get away!

We love going to beach this time of year so to find such a great house in our favorite beach town was better than we had hoped... beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed...even puzzles and games after walks on beach!

All the comforts of home

This lovely home provides so much warmth that you forget you are in a vacation rental. Any need you can think of is provided for. The landlord has thought of everything (even as minor as board games and a bike with training wheels). All the comforts of home. The view of the ocean from the second floor porch is a special bonus. Actually in a matter of about two minutes you can be standing in the ocean. The location of this property is perfect. Definitely a place to revisit.

Wonderful beach home just steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this home. A lot of love has been put in this home, between the decor, the furniture and the amenities. The living room was a great space to spend time when the weather wasn't great, and watching the sunset on the 2nd floor balcony was amazing. The location is perfect for a family with young kids as we were able to go back and forth to the beach quickly. Rick and Nancy were great to work with and were always available to answer questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfection at the Beach

Can anything beat a day at the beach? Not if you are lucky enough to spend time at this beautiful home, with a view of the ocean. This house has everything you could require to relax and enjoy some downtime. Comfortable rooms, the sound of the surf, a fully stocked kitchen, bikes for the kids and beach chairs for the adults. The owners are easy to deal with and know how to provide an experience that keeps you wanting to come back. I am sure that everyone has their own best experience for this beautiful home, but for me it has to be the two incredible front porches. Life slows down a bit when you sit out front, with family and friends and you can keep an eye on the surf while watching life go by. I can't imagine a better place to just sit, unwind and enjoy life. I know I plan on coming back again.

Fabulous beach house

We/ve been renting this house every August for seven years, and will continue to do so. We refer to it as our "second home"...Grandma settles in , and kids, spouses and grandkids come and go. Beautiful comfortable space in a great location. Well stocked kitchen, beach badges, bikes, wi-fi...everything you could want. Especially love the two front porches. Lovely owners, everything well kept. Everyone counts the days til we go again. Highly recommend!
