There is a half bath down stairs, along with a fully enclosed outside shower, and 1 full bath upstairs with 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are separated by an accordion door. There is off street parking for 1 car plus one on street parking permit.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $217.00.
