Neu renovierte Hilton Head Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern in der Palmetto Dunes Plantage. Zweistöckige Huntington Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Vollbad. Zusätzliches WC im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche umfasst neue Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Schränke und neue Geräte aus Edelstahl. Großer, geräumiger Wohnbereich, renoviert mit großem Sofa und Stuhl, neuer großer Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über Designer-Bettwäsche, einen neuen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player und Blick auf die Lagune. Neue Betten in 2 Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss. Die Renovierung umfasst neue Fliesenböden, komplette Badezimmer-Upgrades und neu verlegte Teppiche. Einfacher Zugang zum Pool und Strand. Die Haustür ist nur wenige Schritte vom Gemeinschaftspool entfernt und die hintere, abgeschirmte Veranda bietet einen Blick auf die Lagune mit einem kleinen Dock. Der Strand ist angenehme 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Location is perfect

We had a great time in Hilton Head as usual , love this island. The villa was clean and a short walk to the beach . My only issue was the appliances were very very old , in fact the toaster was so old & small that we had to slice the bread into half to make it fit . Also no baking sheets ,coffee pods , aluminum foil or even cooking oil in the VRBO . The linen in the bedrooms were nice but the mattress were not comfortable , i guess they need updating .

Great location - well equipped

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were pleased to find that the third bedroom had a queen and a twin bed (the listing only showed 2 twin beds).

Beautiful condo in great location!

Comfortably and tastefully decorated. Beautiful views and close to pool with short walk to the beach. Screened in patio among large oaks with view of the waterway in back. Great place to get away and enjoy nature but also close to great restaurants!

Beautiful Surroundings & Convenient

This was a trip with my husband and other family members. We all had enough space to get a little 'me time' when needed. Beautiful unit inside and out. Easy walk to the beach and easy access to pool. Would stay again!

2023 Summer Vacation

We really loved the condo and location in Palmetto Dunes. It was just a short walk to the beach. The kids liked having the pool right across from us. We had four adults and three children ages 7 to 12. There was plenty of space in the condo for us all.

Wonderful Villa!

We have stayed many places on HHI over the last decade. This villa was great! We love Palmetto Dunes. It's so beautiful and offers many amenities. The villa was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom having a full bath was a bonus! The outdoor porch overlooking the lagoon is so peaceful. We saw alligators in the lagoon twice but they didn't bother us. Fantastic location just a short walk from the beach and across the parking lot from the pool. The pool was plenty warm in early April and very enjoyable as was the beach. We did lots of biking within Palmetto Dunes and around the island. The villa was just as described and check-in was a breeze. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Thank you for the lovely vacation!

Love Palmetto Dunes and Huntington

Our family has vacationed in this same development in Palmetto Dunes for 32 summers. It is a short walk to the beach. While there is only one pool, it was never crowded. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a dishwasher issue. The kitchen could use a second garbage can because it fills very quickly being confined within the cabinets. The microwave would not allow you to press '0', but otherwise worked fine. The televisions need to be upgraded as there were not many channels to choose from, and I suspect most families have accounts to access Smart TV movies, shows, etc. This condo is steps away from the pool which is wonderful. We had a great time despite a few suggestions, and we would consider booking this unit again.

First experience staying in Hilton Head

This villa provides plenty of living space. We were two couples and utilized all 3 bedrooms. The proximity to the swimming pool/hot tub was great and it was a convenient walk or bike ride to the beach. Those were the pros to this villa. The unit needs some redecorating - the carpet is stained and worn as is the living room furniture. There were absolutely no provisions (staples such as spices and other basics (Covid?). The appliances (stove and microwave) were in need of repair and some features didn't operate at all. We ate most meals at the villa and found it difficult to cook b/c of the lack of good pots and pans. There is definitely a need to replace the grill - we had high expectations of using it but it was unusable. The walking path to the canal deck is slippery and not cared for and the canal deck is only of use to view the canal and not enjoy a drink on. There is a visiting alligator that we discovered on our first night so abided by the posted sign. The owner was notified of our experience and responded quickly. Overall, we felt that the location warranted the four star review but the villa really is in need of some tender loving renovations as it appears clean but worn. With a small amount of effort and investment, this villa could be a five star.

Easter week stay

Place was great! Lots of space inside and close to waterway and right across the street from the pool. Place was clean and had everything. Could use some minor paint touch ups, but nothing significant. Enjoyed our week and will be back again!

Comfort and convenience!

First time renting from a VRBO listing. Was a bit apprentice. Surprisingly, communication and transactions went smoothly. . . No surprises. Our orientation package was thorough with expectations and parking passes included. When I had questions, the property agency answered the call in person. No messages or waiting for return calls! Great location, just steps from the pool. Thanks for a great time!

Quiet and Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Huntington Villas. It was quiet, safe and convenient to everything we wanted to do - pool, beach, bike trails and a little shopping. The house was clean and the screened-in porch was a wonderful place to eat, read or just relax. Lovely little place.

Very nice stay

Beautiful condo steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. All the comforts of home. The owner is very pleasant and super responsive. Would definitely rent this unit again. The check in process was a little cumbersome as the property management company didn’t mail us parking passes even after we contacted them weeks in advance. We had to drive to their office late on Saturday to pick those up and the traffic was heavy on Easter weekend. Cost us a couple of hours but once that was taken care of the rest of the week was great!

Great stay in a great home!

Two couples and our small children had a great stay in this lovely home. Exactly as listed, we were all comfortable and happy to spend time here. The heated pool just in front of the home was a huge plus and we were just a short walk away from a nice beach. This home is located in a nice gated community in Hilton Head, the grounds were well kept and so pretty. This was my first time in Hilton Head but not my last!

Updates needed

This is our 3rd time staying in this villa ( stayed in 2018-19) We were disappointed with it this year. The property was clean except for 3 empty bags of charcoal spread around the back yard. Also the gas grill is no longer available. There was no hair dryer even thought it is listed (we had to go purchase one). Several of the microwave buttons don't function. The dryer barely drys the clothes. Multiple light bulbs are out. The main shower door seal was broken and on the floor causing leaks on the floor. We would not select this villa again unless it is updated.
