Black Bear Condo w/ Golf View, next to Pools & Clubhouse in Gated Community

Vacation in our beautiful, newly remodeled, and "Black Bear"-themed condo within the Pointe Royale gated community, equipped with top amenities! This ground-level condo (only two steps up to the front door) is located right on the Championship 18-hole Golf Course and next to tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and a hot tub. A playground, dog parks, trails, and a gorgeous clubhouse with a restaurant are also right next to the condo!

"The Black Bear" has all the comforts of home and more. Enjoy high-speed WiFi and cable TV to stay connected and entertained during your stay. The spacious king-size bed, complete with a brand-new foam mattress and topper, promises a restful night's sleep. For extra guests, there’s a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. Wake up to stunning views and catch a glimpse of early morning golfers while sipping your coffee on the patio. A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.

We are just two miles from Moonshine Beach and only four miles from Branson's famous Strip, where you'll find shopping, Silver Dollar City, shows, zip lines, cave tours, nature hikes, boating, fishing, and wineries. You can also fish right from the bank (fishing license required). There's no shortage of fun and relaxation!

Before you arrive, we'll provide a secret code for seamless entry into your home-away-from-home throughout your stay. Parking is easy, with space available directly in front of the condo for up to two vehicles. Your convenience and comfort are our top priorities, and we aim to make your stay as stress-free as possible.

At "The Black Bear," we extend a warm welcome to our four-legged guests as well! We happily accommodate one dog weighing up to 20 pounds to join you during your stay. A one-time pet fee of $75 per stay applies. We kindly request that while you're away from the condo, your furry friend be crated and not allowed on the furniture at any time. This helps ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Please keep in mind that any damages caused by your pet will be billed to the guest, so let's make sure your pet's stay is as enjoyable as yours.
