Genießen Sie das Gefühl der Insel in unserer neu renovierten und möblierten Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern in zentraler Lage in Kihei.
Reisen Sie bequem mit einem anderen Paar oder eine große Familie. Unser Gerät verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett und Bad, und das andere ein Doppelbett mit Bad auf dem Gang. Wir haben auch installiert eine Königin Murphy Bett in den großen Raum und eine Königin ausziehbares.
Die Anlage ist schön und von der Veranda sitzen und genießen Sie Ihren Kaffee am Morgen Baden in der Sonne, während Sie den Vulkan kann. Kommen Sie am Abend genießen Sie die suset aus der gleichen Lanai mit einem eiskalten Getränk.
Der Pool, Grundstück und allen anderen Annehmlichkeiten ist gesorgt, wie sie Ihre eigenen waren gemacht. Es gibt auch ein Büro vor Ort für alle Ihre Anfragen.
Speisen Sie in der Nutzung unserer voll ausgestattet Küche mit neuen Geräten oder besser noch bis in die Gruppe barbequ Kopf zu, was andere Reisende oder Einheimischen sind up, um aufzuholen. Great family rental

This condo was great for our 7 day stay in Maui! Check in was super easy and the hostess was quick to respond. The property grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed the Saturday night sunset ceremony.

Family Vacation

The unit was adequate, but is 'tired'. Needs to be undated. Bathroom in main was very small. Mattresses and pillows should be renewed. Lots of chips in the tile which made the unit look dirty. The unit was on the end close to roadway and traffic on South Kihei was heavy. Unit needs to be fumigated as there were cockroach in lower kitchen cupboards. The grounds - pool - BBQ area and beach were fantastic. Would stay at Maui Sunset again but not this unit.

Maui 2025

The condo is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, soap etc. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms on the small side. The overall condo was spacious. The lanai was nice but closer to the road than some units, so you heard that noise more than waves. However, you could still see the sun setting through the trees. The Property Manager, Jillian was amazing! She welcomed us, responded quickly to requests or questions. We had a beach chair mishap and she was able to replace it immediately. The grounds are manicured beautifully and the pool area is very nice.

Quick getaway!

The check in process was easy even after hours sjnce our plane was delayed. The host was super responsive via VRBO chat! The condo was clean and meet our expectations! We hope to be back soon!!!

We loved staying in the condo. We had everything we needed and were a short drive into Kihei. The property manager was super responsive when we had questions and the condo had everything we needed.

GREAT LOCATION IN KIHEI

We enjoyed our stay. The living areas are very spacious with a beautiful view of the garden space. The condo was very clean with all the amenities. My only complant is how small the Master bathroom is but we were only there for sleeping so it wasn't that big of a deal.They have 5 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards which was awesome! I would go back again in a heart beat.

Great stay in Kihei

Overall our family enjoyed our stay here. Property was as described and met our expectations. Only downside was renovation of units both directly above and to the side, but they were mindful of quiet hours and not too disruptive. We understand renovations need to occur, so that was the only blemish on the overall experience. Great value and overall great experience for our family of 6. We would definitely book here again.

Great Location + Amenities

Communicating with the property manager was so easy, she checked us on to make sure we got there and had everything we needed. The property was wonderful with kids, lots of room to run around, had a pool and access to yard games right there. This unit specifically also had watersports/toys available to use: boogie boards, snorkels and flippers, and sand buckets and shovels, all the fun things. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient Condo on the Beach

The condo was a great location for all day trips. Fully stocked with everything we wanted to take to the beach- chairs, unbrella, cooler. Having laundry in the unit was wonderful. We really enjoyed coffee on the spacious balcony. The grounds were beautiful and we saw many, many sea turtles on the beach at night on the beach. Buy some water shoes on Amazon as the water can be a bit rocky. Be sure to visit the upscale food truck market nearby. As 2 couples, the second bedroom is not comparable to the master. The bedroom window looks onto a brick wall and the bedroom is dark. The bathroom in the hall is quite small with no storage or counter space. The shower is tight but had a great shower head. It would be fine for a family. Very nicely furnished and comfortable sittimg areas. A great value for your money in beautiful Maui. Would stay again.

Great place in South Maui

We booked this property because of the spacious size, and amenities. The unit came equipped with all the items needed for the beach which was a great bonus. Proximity to stores, restaurants, and beaches was quite convenient. The unit did have unexpected wear and tear as well as the oven not working great. It was also at the end closest to the road which was noisy at times.

Wish We Could Stay Longer

We stayed in 4 different places on our trip to Hawaii and thought this one has the best mix of the accommodations being nice and nearby amenities being plentiful and varied with access to the beach being easy and no parking issues without being a big city tourist trap like Honolulu, or having virtually nothing like Hana. We would stay here again.

A perfect location for easy access to explore all of Maui

Our location was perfect for our family's activities. It was easy to get to all sides of the island relatively quick. The building was well maintained. The other guests or owners were welcoming. The pool was enjoyable and beautiful at sunset. The condo itself was clean, well-stocked. In fact, we commented on how the condo had everything we needed to enjoy time at the beach. The mattresses and furniture were comfortable. While the bathrooms are not large, we didn't think that mattered because the rest of the condo was very roomy to enjoy meals together or allow for us to play board games. The courtyard view from the balcony was enjoyable while I worked and if seated in the right spot you could see the sunrise and sunset over the palm trees. The internet speed was great for video calls. The location of the condo in the building was nice as we were able to enjoy time on the balcony without hearing all the people in the courtyard. We would stay at this location again on future visits to Maui. Also, the property manager was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and when it came time to check out.

Nice stay in Maui

Very nice unit on a beautiful property. The grounds are kept up nicely. The 6 grills are cleaned daily. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Excellent communication with owner. Everything you need is supplied. The only cons we had if any were the bathrooms are tight. Not much you can do about it. Would rent again.

Great condo, hope to be back soon!

At first we were a little worried, as the parking lot didn’t seem upkept. However, going into the condo, it brightened our day! The balcony, the lawn area with the pool and hot tub, the yard games, bbq’s, and the beach right there were just amazing! We had plenty of room for my husband and I, and our four kids. We will definitely stay here again! The owner was so accommodating and quick to respond. Also. We loved the sand toys, my five year old was more excited about those than anything g else, haha! Great place!

Maui Sunset in Kihea

Great condo location. Easy access w/ plenty of parking. The condo complex offers family-friendly amenities. Beachfront access not ideal for swimming however quiet for sunbathing or reading a book/relaxing etc. Excellent spot to picnic and view Maui sunsets! Aside from pool & hot tub, there are old school shuffleboard decks, expansive lawn for bocce ball or croquet, tennis/pickleball courts, putting green, foot wash & car wash station too. There are many convenient restaurant options nearby and further down to Makena for more upscale dining. Heads up: South Maui Fish Co. has the freshest fish in Kihea & Da Kitchen has enormous portions. Both are less than 5 minute drive. The location of the complex really is convenient. Hosts really very thoughtful of needs such as ample beach towels & accessories like coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear, chairs etc. Very bright and open kitchen/dining/living area. Appliances included coffee maker, rice cooker & high speed blender. Sturdy pots/pans/dinnerware, etc. Linens were of good quality — thick bath towel sets! The Murphy bed encloses nicely during the day for more space and is ideal for family friends that wake earlier than others. Very thoughtful addition! The washer & dryer are fast & efficient. Drying rack available for any delicates. There are only two things that I would say as not ideal is bathrooms are on smaller side but doable and unit itself is closer to main road vs. the beach. But truly we enjoyed a Great Stay!!

Comfortable and Easy

We stayed with my parents, my husband and I and our kids. The suite is well laid out for being able to visit while little ones are sleeping. Communicating with Jill was easy and she was very responsive. The ground of Maui Sunset were great too. Lots of amenities for both adults and kids. Would definitely consider staying here again!

This is our third condo in the complex and we have yet to find anything that compares to the beachfront location and grounds. The lawn area is unbelievable. We love Maui Sunset for its central location in Maui close to all great beaches and activities.

I love the fact that you can be on the beach in less than 3 minutes to take a morning walk, watch the evening sunset and enjoy a coffee or adult beverage. My children love that their Maui home has such a huge lawn that they can run and play on all day and night. That is when they are not splashing about in the large pool or enjoying their favorite beaches within a short drive. Nothing compares to this.
