This fantastic home features an excellent backyard for entertaining. Spend tranquil evenings at home cooling down in the outdoor pool or washing all of your worries away in the bubbly hot tub. There are two chaise lounge chairs set on the shallow step of the pool. Escape from the sun under the gazebo with comfy outdoor seating. Summertime visitors will have a great time hosting family barbecues - there is a gas grill and an outdoor dining table available.

As you enter this air-conditioned home, you will encounter a bright family room with high ceilings and comfortable furniture, offering a great spot to conversate and plan your next adventures. Right next to this area is the formal dining room with a gorgeous dining table that seamlessly flows to the well-appointed, open kitchen. Prepare culinary masterpieces thanks to all the major appliances and utensils provided. There is a beautiful island with extra seating that is perfect for quick meals and snacks on the go. Once you are done eating, spread out comfortably in the inviting living area adjoining the kitchen. Furnished with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, this is a fantastic spot to unwind and stream your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. This floor also boasts a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and one bedroom with an en suite bath.

Upstairs is the incredible primary suite, two guest bedrooms, and a secluded den with a smart TV. The primary suite is out of this world - it's spacious and features its own living area with two sofas, a smart TV, and an exquisite en suite bath with double sinks, a shower, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
