The apartment is in a gated community guarded 24/7. When you arrive at the residence you will find a security booth at the entrance, you must go through the row on the left side, you must show your identification and the address of the property where you will be staying and they will give you access.

Once you enter the residence at the first intersection you have to turn right on Splash Shot street, you will find the apartment on the right side of the street,
one car can be parked inside the garage and another in the exterior of the garage which is also a private position, and you will find more parking spaces in front of the apartment, you can park anywhere that is available.

We want to get you started on your vacation by providing a few additional supplies, such as:

• (1) Roll of paper towel in the kitchen.
• (2) Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.

• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

The apartment has a Pack 'n play/ High Chair/ Stroller (at no additional cost) but MUST be requested in advance.
