The Cape is a bright and airy home, just 1.5 blocks from the beach, walking distance to the pier and a short drive to the port! Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Our home is ideal for couples and families with up to 4 kids. We have thoughtfully equipped our home so you’ll find you have everything you need during your stay. Just bring your suit! We look forward to hosting your next stay on the space coast!
The Cape is an 800 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has a twin and queen bed. The coastal inspired bathroom includes a shower/bathtub.
We also have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space and a private backyard oasis. One of our favorite features of the home is the backyard space. It provides ample shade under the pergola during the morning and afternoon sun. Enjoy your coffee or a good book in the ultra comfy outdoor seating. There is also an outdoor fire pit with a large comfy sectional for your friends and family to huddle around the fire, enjoy a rocket launch or both! Our home is all one level with no stairs which provides easy access for children and elderly.
Enjoy all of the additional amenities free of charge including washer and dryer on site, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. You’ll have plenty of on site parking and it is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood near many attractions Cocoa Beach has to offer.
***Important Note: We keep the thermostat locked at 74 degrees. This is to prevent the AC unit from freezing over and causing a disruption in your trip. This is an 800sq ft home with ceiling fans in each room. 74 degrees is a nice cool and comfortable setting but if you prefer staying in a home at a much lower temperature this may not be the best fit for you.
This home is half of a duplex. The entire left side of the home will be yours for the duration of your stay including a private fenced in back yard and a large concrete driveway leading up to the garage with parking for up to three vehicles.

-If using outdoor cushions and amenities we require you to cover furniture with the covers provided each night and clean out the grill and fire pit after each use. The guest will be responsible for replacement of any items damaged during their stay due to negligence.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire right side of the home including the laundry area and garage for laundry & equipment storage.
Parking is never allowed in the garage. The garage is reserved for beach supplies and equipment only.

The Dinosaur Store and Museum: For the dinosaur fans in the family, take them to The Dinosaur Store and Museum (a combination of museum and store that’s fun and includes an arcade, history, and science facts.

Located conveniently between Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, our 800 sq ft home is well designed and makes efficient use of space. This home is the right side of a duplex and was beautifully updated including new mattresses, linens, and more!
There is a gas grill on site, propane is INCLUDED.
Other things to note:
Maximum 4 adults per booking. Or 2 adults, 4 small kids in total.
Due to occupancy limits, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted.
Extended Stay guests: Guests staying longer than 7+ days will be required to pay a deep clean fee in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
