The Yachtsman offers a waterfront inground pool, bathroom, boat dock, pier, fish cleaning station and ice machine. Assigned parking so you never have to worry about a parking space. Convenient location for my needs.

I stayed in Carolina beach to get away from work for a long weekend. The view of the canal was amazing off of the deck. Barry’s place suited my every need I’d strongly recommend it.

This was a nice place to stay for our family visit to the Wilmington area. We wanted to stay near the water and that’s exactly what we got. The bed was super comfortable and the view was lovely. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a pool. I actually wish we got to spend a bit more time there!

Great stay

Enjoyed a relaxing rainy weekend at the beach. Had everything we needed and any question I asked Barry answered really quickly. Will definitely be going back. The bed in master bedroom was super comfortable!

A great condo with a great view of the bay

We stayed 9/2 - 9/9 and were very happy with the condo. The neighbors were all very friendly, even suggested places to have dinner. Barry, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He even checked to made sure we arrived safely and checked in a few hours after check in. We definitely recommend Barry’s place to others and hope to return. Thanks for a great week.

Condo With Great Water Views

We stayed at this property during the recent Hurricane Debby. There was a great balcony that overlooked the pool & Bay Area. It allowed us to be outside during some of the store which was a great bonus.

Quiet street, easy access with lock code. Place is huge. Neat layout with kit, LR, & deck on one side of space and bedrooms, baths, and front facing deck on other. Tons of closet space, fully stock pots & pans, huge fridge. Views out over water with clouds, birds, mudflats with critters. So peaceful and serene. Pool was delicious and people in building very friendly.

Summer Vacation

We had a great time staying here. First time in Carolina Beach. Location was great. Short walk to the beach. Docks were great for my daughter and I to fish. Barry was very responsive to questions. Will definitely book again.

Carolina Beach Paradise

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Barry's condo. The home has plenty of space for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and so was the living room. First floor up access is very nice, the view from the porch over the sound is amazing, the pool was wonderful and a 5 min walk to the beach without parking is amazing. Just booked another week for next summer, and already looking forward to it. Thanks Barry!

Annual beach vacation with kids and dogs

The stay was excellent overall! The view from the unit living room (wall to wall windows) and large balcony were breathtaking and the unit was, honestly, very spacious for a beach condo. We had some minor issues with the fridge and the owner responded timely and provided prompt follow up. He, he checked on us a day later to ensure we weren’t experiencing any worsening issues . It was a bonus that the unit had a king bed in the master bedroom instead of the queen it noted in the listing. I will definitely keep this one in my favorites and plan on returning ti next summer😊

Great rental!

The property is very spacious with a really nice layout. The balcony out back is a perfect place to relax as it looks over the water and it’s a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

First, Barry was an extremely accommodating host, and really quick to respond with any questions. His location is perfect as it provided a view of a marina area while only being a block or two from the beach. It was so tastefully decorated and we will definitely come back.
