Outdoor Pool/Spa.......you have the option to get this heated for an extra cost. We service our pools once per week but debris and leaves can get in the pool especially on a very windy day. We also provide a pool skimmer so you can remove any leaves or debris. We offer a paid service if you want the pool to be cleaned again during your stay.

We provide complimentary WIFI, however there maybe times when our WIFI goes out due to no fault of ours especially during bad weather or if the Provider equipment is down.    This however, rarely happens.

This beautiful pool home as a open floor plan with the family room flowing from the kitchen. Lots of outdoor spaces with large patio. Offering master ensuite . Main master as King bed and faces the pool. Oversized shower in Master Bathroom

Our pool is outdoors and located in the back yard. It is cleaned weekly and we make every attempt to keep it free of debris and leaves, but at times leaves and debris may end up at the surface especially on a windy day. We have provided a portable skimmer for you to remove any of these items should you encounter any.

To conserve energy, when our exterior doors and door leading to the garage or game room is open for more than 5 minutes the Ac will automatically turn off. If you like the fresh outdoor air that is great because if you open the exterior doors the AC will be off in 5 miuntes. However, if you prefer the home to be cool from the Ac it is important to keep all exterior doors and the door leading to the garage or game room closed at all times.

Easy accessability to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few

To make your stay more enjoyable we offer the following paid services ......please note that some services are based on availability. If you are interested in any of these services, please let us know and we will send the details Continental Breakfasts, Early Check In, Late Check Out, House Cleaning during your stay, Pet Fees, Pool/Spa Heat, Welcome Celebration Packages, Welcome Breakfast Packages, Grocery Packages, Customize Packages by Requests.

Pool and spa heat is not included in the nightly rates. There is an additonal fee of $50 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $500 per month for longer stays. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay.
Our stove in this vacation homes comes with a built in Air Fryer

There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absouletly no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed.

Additionally cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit inlcudes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, keurig pods, etc. We have a complimentray propane gas grill.

During your stay
We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one.

There is a locked owner's cabinet located in the game room . This is used to store owner's items. Guests as no access to this cabinet. There is however lots of closets and storage in the home

“We have installed exterior Ring Door Bell cameras for the safety of both guest and property. This cameras are actively recording. None of our cameras are facing in the interior of the home in any way. Ring door bell is at the front door. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.”

Pets Restrictions

We allow pets up to 50 pounds either dog or cat, subject to the home owners approval. We will need vaccine status and you will need to read and accept our pet policies.. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on couches or chairs unless you bring your own blankets and sheets to spread over these items before the pet goes on them. There is pet deposit of $200 plus $30 per day per pet. Limit 2 pets per household. Pets should not be left alone in the home unless in a crate. Fees may apply if there is excessive shedding or anything chewed or destroyed by your pet.

It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?

We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .
Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.
If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal. we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without fruther notice. In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent.
In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals. If you have a ESA, please fliter search for pet friendly properties only. Our home will not be a fit for ESA,

We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.

We provide complimentary wifi ..there are times when the wifi can be down due to the an interuprtion by the service provider or due to weather among other things that is totally out of our control.
