The desirable wrap around porch is a highlight of the home, allowing guests to relax in the fresh ocean air, or visit with nearby neighbors. The home itself is located across from the Carillon Bellview Pool and Park. When the day is done, return to the cottage and shower off using the home's convenient outdoor shower. The shower includes a hand wand, and both hot and cold capabilities -perfect after a long day in the sand! Visit the serenity of the private Carillon community at Endless Summer, the perfect town home for family and friends alike!

Great place!!
We have stayed at several properties in this neighborhood and this one has become our favorite. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels, and right across the street from the tennis/pickleball courts! We loved it!

A Few Issues - but Overall, a Great Stay
The home is beautiful. It was immaculate and very well stocked. We had some concerns with the amount of privacy in the homes. All of the bathrooms either have windows (with no window coverings) or thinly veiled sun shades. Specifically, in two of the bathrooms, the door and window were thinly covered, and you could see into the bathrooms from the outside. We prefer for bathrooms to have blinds not thin shades. For this reason, we chose to primarily utilize the bathroom closest to the front entrance. I do not know if there is a pest issue, but we killed at least 5-6 bugs a day during our stay. These bugs ranged from worms to large roaches. Overall, these were minor issues, and we were pleased with our stay. The home met our needs, and we were close to numerous amenities including a park, pool, and the private beach.

Good
Had trouble gaining access thru security; there was a glitch with the third party program; somehow our pass had wrong dates on it. Security couldn't let us thru until it was corrected. Amy got it straightened out. We loved the house, its amenities, and location, but our biggest issues were bugs. When we arrived there were dead bugs on the floor in master bath, washer, laundry, hallway, kitchen (mostly dead), and lots of active ants in the kitchen and dining room areas. Management provided us with bug spray and traps and even had an exterminator come in, but it didn't seem to help. The ants were a real problem; very stressful for everyone.

Endless Summer in July
Endless Summer was a beautiful home that fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was immaculate when we checked in to the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We even enjoyed using the grill outside. The showers were huge and had great water pressure. They even provided a lot of toiletries. All of the beds were very comfortable. There is a shed in the back that has a paddle board and bikes to use. Our only issues was an inaccurate description on VRBO. When I booked, the house was shown on the map as being on the beach. It is in fact a couple of blocks from the beach. It was also on the other side of Carillon from what the map indicated. This was very frustrating because we chose this house over others due to the close proximity to the beach. Additionally, family friends chose their vacation rental to be close to where we thought we were located. Since it was inaccurate, we were far from them and unable to hang out on the beach together. It is my understanding that it was VRBO's fault with the listing. I made many calls to VRBO and the property manager, Amy. Amy was very helpful, but at the end of the day, I never got any resolution. It has made me realize that I will never book through VRBO again as they did not care to help in the least. In the future, I will always go directly to the property manager. VRBO has zero customer service.

We have stayed in Carillon for about 14 years every summer. This is our first time staying in this house. It was perfect for our family of 4 and a friend. Would definitely rent again!

Love this house, close to the pool and play area for children. Only draw back is it’s on a busy road, made me a little nervous with small children. Very clean neat gated community. Will return!!!

Perfect for Our Family Spring Break!
Endless Summer is a cute cottage with everything you need. Beds were cozy, kitchen was well equipped, and there were a ton of linens. The porch was great for morning coffee, ppl watching, and hanging with friends and family. The bathrooms are clean great and location of the house was PERFECT! I will definitely consider staying there again!

Overall great house!
Location was perfect for our family! Our family enjoyed the house set up and all the house offered. The kitchen was nicely stocked for all our cooking needs. Short walk to pool, basketball courts, playground, and tennis courts. Couple minute walk to the beach walkover. Also, nice cafe and pizza place within walking distance. We’ve stayed in this community the past couple of years and this house didn’t disappoint.
