The Neighborhood:
Location, location, location. You're on the best block of Lakeshore Boulevard between Incline Beach and the spectacular East Shore Trail. You're one block from the Grand Hyatt and the Lone Eagle Grill, with lots more casual and fine dining options within two blocks. You will have access to Incline's four private beaches, including Ski Beach and Incline Beach which are two blocks away.
Getting Around:
We give ourselves a Walk (and Bike) Score of 100! We're across the street from a wonderful Lake level path that spans the 2.5 mile length of Lakeshore Boulevard, and takes you to the start of the spectacular East Shore Trail. We'll provide access to Incline's four private beaches, including three that are just a few blocks away. You are also welcome to use our three beach cruisers to hit the beach, explore the East Shore Trail, or travel around town. We provide off-street parking for up to three cars.
The Suite:
Atop the staircase of this stunning Lakeshore Boulevard estate home a luxurious living area welcomes you to your private 1,650 square foot suite which occupies the entire second floor. There you will find two large comfortable sofas and a coffee table that is perfect for hanging out, watching TV, or playing games. A convenience area includes a fridge + freezer, microwave, and Keurig - but is not a full kitchen. This space is air conditioned.
The generous master suite offers a California King bed, sofa, and ample closet and bureau space. The ensuite bathroom includes a large soaking tub as well as a separate shower and toilet area. The suite overlooks Lakeshore Boulevard and a neighbor's park-like forest. And if you didn't get enough time on the beach cruisers, take a spin on the Peloton. This space is air conditioned.
The large second bedroom boasts two Queen beds, a large dresser, and a workstation with monitor and printer. The view is due East down tree-lined Lakeshore Boulevard. This space is air conditioned.
The beautiful third bedroom also has a Queen bed and a large dresser. This space is not air conditioned.
The second and third bedrooms share a spacious bathroom that includes a shower over tub, as well as a separate toilet area.
Guest access:
The hosts will provide a six-digit security code to access the home during your stay. From the main reception area you will take the staircase to your private 2nd floor suite.
Rental Agreement:
The primary Guest must execute a Rental Agreement that the owner will provide, review and approve in order for the reservation to be confirmed.
Permit:
All safety and accessibility requirements to operate a short-term rental in Washoe County have been met and Short Term Rental Permit WSTR23-0059 has been issued. The Short Term Rental is defined as the 2nd floor suite of 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, maximum occupancy of 8 (although the host caps occupancy at 6), and up to 2 parking spaces.
