It's like seven elegant homes in one which makes it perfect for reunions, corporate retreats, events, and multi-family gatherings. An indoor elevator also makes it convenient to enjoy all the inside amenities of the home and when you venture outside you are conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf. Emerald Palace is also a perfect home for the boaters looking to explore great fishing both in Choctawhatchee Bay or head offshore in the Gulf of Mexico for an experience that will last a life time.

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
