OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

1️⃣ Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is before 10:00 am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional fee.

2️⃣ Trash Collection: The homeowners association (HOA) collects trash daily.

3️⃣ Pool: The swimming pool is professionally cleaned every Friday. The technician will not need to enter the home and will just let himself into the screened-in area in the back to perform the quick maintenance.

4️⃣ Cell Phone Signal: Wi-Fi calling is recommended due to occasional degraded cell signal in the area.

5️⃣ Complementary Items: We provide a starter supply of the following items: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, a dish sponge, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. You will need to bring your own ice.
