Summary:
From May 1 to June 30: Only the 4-BR, 3-BA main house will be available. Weekday work (M–F) will be limited to the pool house, where we are adding a 1-BR, 1-BA guest apartment.

Starting July 1: The property will offer a total of 5 BRs and 4.5 BAs. This includes the 4-BR, 3 BA main house and the new 1 BR, 1 .5BA guest apartment with its own kitchen & living room, plus an additional half BA by the pool.

After Oct 1: The writer's cottage will no longer be accessible.

The Space:

On the first floor, bathroom 1 on the first floor offers a walk-in shower, while bathroom 2 on the second floor boasts a large tub and a luxurious walk-in shower. A newly added third bathroom on the second floor, sits between the primary and twin bedrooms, offering direct access from both rooms and the landing, complete with a walk-in shower and double sink.

Getting Around:
Falls Road is about two and a half hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area.
In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
