Franconia Notch (Cannon Mountain., Old Man of the Mountain historic site, The Flume, The Basin, Mount Lafayette, Echo Lake, etc.) is just 20 minutes away, with Bretton Woods or Santa's Village less than 15 minutes. Spend an afternoon at the Mt. Washington Hotel taking in the breathtaking views or playing a round of golf. After a day of outdoor activity or just exploring the many nearby local attractions, enjoy a cocktail on the deck, relax and unwind in the warmth of the hot tub before ending your day star gazing. If you'd prefer to spend your day reading a good book or working on a puzzle, this home offers plenty of peace and tranquility. Lovely place to stay!
We were very impressed with this home. The house felt new and was sparkling clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and the back deck was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the magnificent view. Even with some rainy days, the view was stunning and could even be enjoyed indoors through the expansive windows. You won't regret staying here!

Beautiful!
We were on vacation in New Hampshire and this was the perfect location. The privacy of the property was amazing and the views of the mountains can’t be described. The layout of the house is fantastic with the bedrooms spread over three floors so everyone got their own space. It was also a big benefit to have a bathroom on each floor. The house is beautiful and was exceptionally clean. We will be going back.

Weekend escape for family with teens
We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. Fantastic House ... Great Views ... Great Location
Myself and 9 friends stayed at Twins North for two nights on a ski weekend. As good as the pictures look ... the place is better! It's wonderully laid out, with plenty of bedrooms that are private and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for a full meal and the appliances are top self. The living room and pellet stove are warm, as is the whole home. The view from the hot tub on the back deck at sunset is breathtaking. And it's an amazing hot tub! The home is so clean and precise, plenty of towels and linens, all the thoughtful touches. Getting in and out is easy with the coded lock system. Communication with the hosts is top flight and they are so accommodating. It's only 20 minutes from Bretton Woods (if it's even that), maybe 30 from Cannon, and about 50 from Waterville Valley, where I skiied the first day. And I can't stress enough how well cared for and clean the home and the furniture is. Really just a total joy! We hope to make this an annual adventure!

Jay & Brenda have built a beautiful house and we felt right at home during our stay. Well stocked kitchen in terms of dishes / appliances which was great for the meals we cooked in for. Super comfortable beds and a lovely deck + view. Can’t wait to return!

BREATHTAKING VIEWS that we enjoyed from the jacuzzi/balcony after long, fun days at Santa's Village!
My family absolutely loved our stay in this modern, light and bright, and beautifully decorated mountain home. I could (and will) go on and on about the functionality of the house, but I would be remiss to not first talk about THE VIEW. The view from this house is simply breathtaking - a 180 degree western view of the valley and multiple mountain ranges beyond. The sunset was stunning! We spent as much time on the balcony as possible (in the large and easy-to-use jacuzzi or enjoying dinner at the bar-height outdoor furniture), though the view could be enjoyed from just about any room of the house thanks to the huge windows that stretched up to the two-story open concept great room. Once we stopped gawking at the view, we realized that we had lucked into a home with so much functionality. Each bedside table had built-in plugs and USB ports which was great for phones, noise machines, baby monitors, etc. There was a basket full of koozies for your jacuzzi drinks, and a basket full of towels to use post-soak. A coffee machine that had both a pot and Keurig. Washer and dryer in the mudroom so you could strip off the germy Santa's Village clothes and towels and throw them right into the wash. A/C units in the great room and loft (though we never needed to use them with the summer breeze wafting in through the screened sliding door). A sweet stuffed black bear that delighted our kids on the landing of the loft stairs. I ran out of room! Couldn't recommend this home more!

The pictures are nice , but it’s way better in person. When you walk into the house it’s Just wow .. they had everything you need and more! The hot tub is huge. It has to be a ten person . The house was so clean . I would definitely stay here again and again . The owner Jay was very helpful on a few questions. We had friends from Florida, meet us there and they were in awe.

Amazing stay at North Twins!
Location! Location! Location! Excellent location with a view of the surrounding mountains and valley. From the hot tub, admire the breathtaking sunsets. Thank you Brenda and Jay for a flawless four days at your North Twins, New Hampshire, home. The house is basically new! 11 of us were easily able to fit (4 adults and 7 children between the ages of 10 and 17). We utilized it as our base of operation to explore a number of the nearby natural sites, including the Flume Gorge, Glen Ellis Falls, Lost River Gorge, N. Conway, Cannon mountain, Echo lake and more. The house was extremely clean and equipped with everything we required for a nice stay, including a full equipped kitchen, a hot tub, washer, and dryer. We appreciate your hospitality, Brenda and Jay, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing Stay!
We had the best experience during our stay at this beautiful property with amazing views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Jay and Brenda were very responsive and super accommodating. They also made check in and out so smooth and easy. The house is spectacular and the hot tub with views cannot be beat. Thank you again Jay and Brenda for such an amazing stay and for the thoughtful gift upon check in as it was our anniversary. We will definitely rent this house again in the future!
