The Space:
Honey Hollow is a beautiful mountain cabin with completely paved roads, an expansive wood-burning fireplace patio, many amenities, and gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia. It is located about 10-20 minutes from all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge, GA (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, charming Downtown BR, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc.) and will accommodate as many as 8 guests. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!

This 3-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for families and small groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the porches and grilling, cozying up next to the luxurious outdoor fireplace, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the stunning mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing getaway in the mountains!

The Main Floor features an open living room with windows highlighting the Mountain View. There is a gas fireplace and Smart TV (streaming only), making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable from October through April as they heat the entire cabin.) The main level deck has an outdoor dining table, outdoor furniture, and a gas grill attached to the cabin's main gas line.

The dining room table seats 6 with an additional bench at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a 12 cup coffee brew pot/Keurig combo, mixing utensils, kettle, dishes, baking sheets, muffin pan, wine glasses, mixing bowl, measuring utensils, masher, toaster, hand mixer, can opener, pitcher, pizza cutter, bbq tools, silverware, pots and pans, strainer, cutting board, peeler, wine opener, grater, crockpot, and ice maker.

The main floor also features a King bedroom with Smart TV (streaming only). The bathroom features a tub shower combo.

On the Top level there is an open sleeping space with two twin beds in a bunk bed style. This level also features a King Master Suite with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful mountain views, gas fireplace, a Smart TV (streaming only), and an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower combo.

The lower level features an entertainment area with a gas fireplace, a ping pong table, games (Clue, Scrabble, Sorry, Pictionary, What do you Meme, You're on Mute, Twister, Happy Little Accidents, puzzles, Jenga, Scattergories, Uno, Phase 10, cards), and a Roku projector (streaming only). There is a bathroom with a tub shower. The bedroom on this level is a King Suite with a Smart TV (Streaming Only), work space, laundry area with a washer and dryer, attached bathroom with tub shower, utility closet, and patio access.

Just outside is the fire pit overlooking the forest. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased for delivery through the management company.

Family friendly amenities including a stair gate and pack n play are provided.

The cabin is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.

Minimum age to book this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement PDF.

No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc).

The driveway is paved and can fit 3-4 cars but is not suitable for RV’s, boats, or trailers.

$75 pet fee per dog and all dogs MUST be house trained. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the cabin, and to pick up after them in the yard.

Guest Access:
Access to the cabin is via the Smart Door lock. Inside the cabin, you'll have access to the entire cabin with the exception of a few locked owner's closets.

The Neighborhood:
Residential neighborhood that includes multiple cabin rentals as well as permanent residents. All roads paved. Quiet and peaceful but not isolated. Less than four miles to downtown Blue Ridge.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around the neighborhood and Blue Ridge is by car, as Blue Ridge is a rural community. Parking is available in the driveway of the cabin.
