Enjoy magnificent sunrise, panoramic ocean views and the southern Virginia coastline for as far as the eye can see. Watch boats entering and leaving the harbor from the large corner private balcony that overlooks the beautiful beach, boardwalk, and Rudee Inlet. Unit 407 offers a wonderful balance between being high enough to enjoy spectacular views while still feeling closely connected to both the boardwalk and beach. It is also very conveniently accessible from the 3rd floor private parking space with one short stairway to Unit 407. Southerly end unit also provides convenient stairway access to Dolphin Run amenities, including the pool and exercise room, which are located directly below.
Recently renovated beautiful 4th floor condo, stylish and comfortable. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout. New sofa and matching loveseat in the living area. The full kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, glass topped range, microwave, crockpot, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as complete settings for 8. A glass topped dining table also seats 6. Smart TVs are in the living room and each of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, as well as its own private balcony and bath featuring a walk-in shower. The middle bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed, while the third bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a private balcony. Each of the bedrooms has ample storage to unpack and enjoy your stay!

Dolphin Run amenities include a heated indoor swimming pool with retractable roof; a rooftop sundeck; exercise room; game room; and locked fenced area for bikes.
