Set your luggage and ski boots at the door and enter into the spacious heart of the townhome. Cozy up by the fireplace on the large comfortable couch, turn on the game of the week, or choose a board game for friendly competition. Stay engaged in conversation while preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen with ample counter space. The dining table seats 8, with space for 4 at the breakfast bar, and is meant for sharing moments.

As the day’s adventures come to an end, retire to the top floor, primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, and large shower. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed share a large bathroom with two vanities and a tub and shower combo. Downstairs are two queen-over-queen bunk beds and a bathroom with a stall shower.

Paloverde has a two-car garage and space for one car to parallel park in the driveway. In the winter, Retreatia guests have access to the complimentary, on-call shuttle service- however, a vehicle is highly recommended for ease of getting around town. This home is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, just down the road from Steamboat’s iconic Fish Creek Falls- thank you for being a good neighbor during your stay!
