Melrose Martini is located in a charming, peaceful, family friendly neighborhood in the heart of Chevy Chase. Because we love our neighbors so much, we have a strict quiet hour rule beginning at 10PM. Guests can walk to local restaurants, bars, boutiques, & campus.

You will access this house by using a smart lock with a code created just for you.

GATHER
Guests have plenty of room to gather with friends & family here at The Melrose Martini! The spacious living room offers plenty of space to sit & watch TV together. You will find a large dining room with 6 seats, an open kitchen, & a sunroom. The backyard is full of room to play yard games or enjoy the Kentucky weather.

EAT
The Melrose Martini has plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, plates, & bowls for you to enjoy all of your favorite meals. The kitchen has plenty of coffee mugs, drinking glasses, a Keurig, & toaster. You can enjoy dinner or breakfast at the dining room table in the dining room.

SLEEP
With 7 beds, this house comfortably sleeps 10 guests. You will find a sunrun room with a trundle bed offering 2 twin beds. Upstairs, you will find a king bedroom with a smart TV. Next, you will find a queen bedroom with a smart TV. Across the hall is where you will find another queen bedroom. Lastly, you will find the fourth bedroom at the end of the hall with 2 twin beds.

ENJOY
This is the perfect place to truly experience Lexington, Kentucky. While the house is fun enough to make lifelong memories in, we encourage you to get out and explore the neighborhood around you. Take a walk to Joella's Hot Chicken, Bella Cafe, Josies, Charlie Browns, The Bear & The Butcher, or the famous Chevy Chase Inn.
