Welcome to your secluded, off-grid, riverside retreat in the gated community of Cascade River Park in Marblemount, Washington! Set along the picturesque Cascade River. This charming cabin offers a peaceful escape for nature lovers and those seeking a comfortable off-grid experience.



Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding landscape while still enjoying modern luxuries and conveniences. The cabin features a well-equipped kitchen, coffee bar, wine bar and it comes complete with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Relax on the private deck, where you can do some grilling, soak in the fresh mountain air and savor the tranquil ambiance. Spend your evenings soaking in the wood-fired hot tub while listening to the sound of the river just a few feet away, stargazing or sharing stories around the fire pit, while creating cherished memories with your loved ones.



While nestled in nature, the cabin offers off-grid features such as propane for heating and cooking. A wood burning stove along with an all-natural, mineral based wood fired hot-tub. As well as a reliable backup generator to charge up the 24v batteries that power the cabins lights, tv's and internet. These amenities provide the perfect balance between comfort and a connection to the natural surroundings, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful retreat while still enjoying modern comforts.



Venture out and explore the nearby North Cascades National Park, renowned for its scenic hiking trails, majestic waterfalls, and abundant wildlife. Engage in fishing adventures, embark on scenic drives, embark on kayaking/rafting adventures or simply relax by the river's edge and let the sounds of nature rejuvenate your spirit.

Great weekend getaway

This cabin was a perfect place to unwind and escape from everyday life. We stayed in February, and the whole place was covered in snow. We barely saw anyone else our entire time.It's nestled in the woods next to a little river and was a perfect place for my wife and two of our friends to get away. It had plenty of creature comforts (we made ample use of the coffee station) and was very clean.I highly recommend this listing for anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape into nature.

El lugar es genial. Te atrae y te obliga a desconectarte. El grado de detalle impuesto en cada rincón del lugar, es tan atinado, que solo denota el cariño que los dueños tienen a esta propiedad. Cozy and Stunning

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Somnia Vera Riverside Cabin.Everything was as described and the cabin was so comfy and cozy. The river view was gorgeous and we saw bald eagles flying by everyday, as well as other wildlife; like Douglas Squirrels, a Goosander, and an American Dipper.Highly recommend and hopefully we'll be back for a summer stay

The property is stunning with unbeatable views! The kitchen had all necessary utensils for cooking and the manual provided for house instructions was very intuitive. I will mention the house is off the grid (WiFi available) so take that into consideration. The host was communicative and we would definitely stay again

Such a beautiful cabin! I was a little hesitant about the off-grid/generator run amenities, but the hosts made everything very straightforward and they have thought of everything! And we never dropped below 90% energy use of the house. If you are looking for a cozy stay near the national park, this is the perfect cabin!!

North Cascades Fall getaway

We Wanted to spend a couple nights in a cabin on the river while doing hikes in the North Cascades. we felt ourselves to be extremely fortunate to have found Somnia Vera Riverside retreat. The cabin and setting were gorgeous. Everything was carefully thought out by the owners. Communication was exemplary. We travel frequently and this will definitely be on our shortlist of places to come back to soon.

The Perfect Cozy Cabin

This off the grid river cabin was absolutely perfect and even better than we expected! Instructions for the house were simple and easy to follow. We kicked off our North Cascades Hiking Trip with 4 nights here and we didn't want to leave. The hot tub was the best after long days of hiking and very soothing listening to the Cascade River. Every little detail is on point at this adorable cabin and we highly recommend!!!

Great place for a getaway

We loved our stay. The property felt secluded, quiet and relaxing. The only downside was the shower… my 75 year old MIL could not get into it so she was unable to shower for 4 days. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful Location

We had 4 adults stay for a hiking trip in the North Cascades. The location and cabin were beautiful. We were a little nervous that we wouldn’t know how to work the generator or have other “off-grid” problems. But instructions were sent by text and in the binder and were actually way easier than we had anticipated. It was so nice to come back to this cabin after a full day of hiking or kayaking. And the wifi was clutch after being on the trail all day without cell service.

Perfect home base for Cascades NP

Oh my goodness' this place is amazing. The kid of place you just sit outside and cry because it is so beautiful. The view is unreal. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is top notch. The whole place is decorated with so much passion and detail that i want to sit and get to know the owners. Epic adventure

Family of 5 (adults and 3 large teenagers) enjoyed the amazing location, the wood fire hot tub, and hiking Maple Pass in the North Cascades. The home was everthing just as it was advertised. Kitchen very functional and grill was clean and worked great. Off grid instructions easy to follow and everything worked perfectly in the home. Relaxation by the river

This home is so nice! Everything is done thoughtfully. We loved the hot tub and candles and listening to the river. Close to Northern Cascades NP and lots of great hikes. Hosts were great with communication & had everything we needed for a lovely vacation.
