This spacious, upstairs furnished One Bed and One Bath apartment comes with 1 Queen bed, and a couch in the living room.
It is located near a lot of tourist attractions such as: The Hollywood Walk of Fame, The Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd., Runyon Canyon, Hollywood Sign, Pink's Hot Dogs, In-N-Out Burger, Roscoes Chicken & Waffles, The Grove, The Original Farmers Market, LACMA and much more. This is a peaceful non-smoking building. Great for short or long term stays.

Includes: A/C wall unit in Living Room, Wi-Fi, TV w/Amazon Firestick, fully furnished, basic cooking/eating utensils and equipment, on-site laundry facility, linens, towels, sheets, etc. (Check the Amenities section, however, if you are looking for a specific amenity that is not already addressed, please feel free to ask me!)

PARKING: Free, public parking is available on the street adjacent to the building. Watch out for street signs as parking is your responsibility. There are a few shared parking spaces in the driveway - first come first serve basis. I ask that if you do park in the driveway, that you leave your phone number on the dashboard of your car if you are blocking someone.

Guest access:
We do not pass around keys for your safety. An email will be sent from eRentalLock with a randomly generated combination code to access your place.

*Please note the pet fee is $150 and the Cleaning fee is $155.
*I do not provide any food perishables, pantry items, and soaps...etc., in order to avoid guest-to-guest contamination. (Read House Rules)
*Read ALL House Rules, Confirmation email, and eRentalLock email. All messages will have all the information you need.

Interaction with guests:
I like to give guests privacy during their stay, but my team is only a phone call away for any needs you may have during your stay. The property manager's phone number can be found in your confirmation email.
