Additional amenities are available on-site for guests, such as a ski storage locker, snowshoes, and exclusive access to reservations at The Carlin Restaurant, Tavern Underground, and our sister restaurant, Aurum Food & Wine, located just a few blocks away.
Your reservation includes parking for one vehicle in the private lot located directly behind The Carlin. You will receive a unique access code and additional instructions to access your accommodation on the day of check-in.
There are ski lockers are located near the guest entrance into the building. Please note that the lockers are shared with other guests on a first to come, first to be served basis.

And in the summer, visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street.

During the winter months, you can have easy access to the slopes from the BreckConnect Gondola which is located just a ten-minute walk away. taking you up to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. This area also boasts convenient and FREE public transport to surrounding areas from Breckenridge's Free Ride transit system. This transportation option is a great way to spend a day exploring one of the surrounding charming mountain towns such as FairPlay, Alma, and Blue River. In addition, Uber/Lyft are always available.
