As you step onto the 1st floor, you will be greeted by an open floor plan that offers ample room for your group. The kitchen is equipped for those who enjoy cooking while traveling. Relax on the back deck with a refreshing breeze and picturesque view of the surrounding woods.

Venture up to the 2nd floor, where you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen memory foam mattress and blackout curtains. The master bedroom has a private full bath, while an additional full bath is conveniently located on the same floor. All bedrooms are equipped with closets and dressers, providing storage space for your belongings.

For your convenience, our space also features a full-size basement. This is a secure and easily accessible way to store your bikes.

Such a wonderful place

Everything about our stay was great!! From the ease of check-in, to the welcome note and snacks, to the cleanliness of the townhome, to the wonderful fireplace...this place was perfect for our stay! Lauren was extremely responsive with any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Christmas Joy at the Costal Townhome

Our family, including our dog had a much-needed relaxing vacation at Lauren’s coastal townhome. The home was spotless. Seriously it was “Monica clean”, those who watched Friends will get the reference. The home was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Living room was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms you will find an ample supply of shampoo, conditioner & body wash along with lotion. I did not expect that. The personal touches and thoughtfulness of Lauren can be seen throughout this home. The small, subtle Christmas decorations spread around the home including a tabletop decorated tree brought a sense of comfort & cheer to my family and was much appreciated. The development where this home is located is quite peaceful and well maintained. Nice walking paths to walk with your dog or for general exercise. Location was great for restaurants & shopping at the Tanger outlets. I highly recommend this rental & Lauren is a great host!

This property is one of the best that I have stayed in. It was as if I was in my own home. Everything that I needed was there and It was SO CLEAN. Amazing!

Perfect location for a getaway. Close to many restaurants, an amazing bike path, and a lot of activities in Lewes. Lauren was incredibly available throughout check in and our stay. She had great recommendations for activities to do and restaurants. House was well stocked and had everything we need.

Mini Family Vacay!

From the very beginning I knew our stay would be wonderful! We booked a short trip to be a secret part of my brother’s engagement! (I had the ring)! We then decided to also turn it into a little family trip as well. It was easy to book, Lauren was great to work with and we had a really relaxing enjoyable trip! Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to beaches, boardwalk, eateries! The home was beautiful, spacious and relaxing! We would love to stay here again when we are back in town! You’ll notice the little touches that Lauren provides that really make you feel welcome! Thank you for a fabulous mini trip and by the way….she said yes! Cheers to my brother and future sister in law!

M&M party of 4

The home was in a great location, easy access to Lewes, Cape Henlopen, Georgetown trail and into Rehoboth. It was nice having linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals for our group of 4. The grandchildren loved the little lollipops and crackers Lauren provided. Furniture was comfortable, nice dining area for eating and playing games, lovely deck with wooded area behind you for privacy. The beds were comfortable and spacious rooms. Full basement which was nice to store our bikes and beach stuff, she does have 3 chairs and an umbrella. Lauren was very easy to correspond with. This is a home I plan to return to. Marilyn

Perfect stay

My husband, daughter, and I were blown away by this property. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and close to everything we would want to do during a week at the beach. The location is quiet with easy access to the pool and lovely green spaces. I would definitely book again.

Always delivers

This was my third stay in 12 months. Lauren (our host) levels up with each stay - we feel more welcome, more comfortable with each visit. I have run out of words, so I will let my 16-year-old niece take over: The place is very well organized and everything is easy to find in the house. The location is beyond convenient. The decor is very well thought out and everything is visually appealing. You can tell the host has put much time and effort into the house and keeping it well maintained for her guests!

Mini week beach getaway

We had a lovely stay in this townhome in the Five Points area of Lewes. It is close to the Lewes-Georgetown trail for walking and biking. Check out the Old World Bakery and Beach Time Distillery/Dog Pirate Beer Company just off the trail. The Lewes and Rehoboth beaches are not a far drive. The unit comes with three beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guests' use. The space is well-furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped most vacation cooking. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and close to the trails

My wife and I and our two small dogs stayed for the weekend. We brought our bikes and the trail system was just behind the neighborhood. The house was very very clean and felt like home right away. The location made it a nice homebase for travel into Rehoboth

Weekend away with Teens

My family and I have been coming to Delaware for the past 16 years. This trip was a quick one and the weather wasn’t great but our accommodations made the trip well worth it. I had 3 teens with me and the rooms worked perfect. My girls shared a room, my son had his own, and I stayed in the suite. The location was extremely convenient for everything we wanted to do. The house was exactly as the pictures and listing described. The host communicated throughout the entire time and was beyond helpful. We will definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay and better weather. Lol
