Gulfgate 309 - Pet Friendly! 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath BEACH FRONT Condo at Gulfgate Condominiums and sleeps up to 6 people. Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps to the sand! Gulfgate is located Ocean Front on Surf Drive. Come stay on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park!

Gulfgate 309 is bright and beachy, with breathtaking views and is just steps away from the sugar white sand! There is a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has an oversized Full size bed. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook and eat in the condo. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a wonderful view of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset!

Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! Gulfgate allows 2 pets per condo. Pets must be approved at the time of booking. Pets weighing 50lbs or under are allowed. Pet fee for small dogs is $150 Larger dogs are $200. The second dog is $50. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a quick 15 min drive from Gulfgate!

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer! Close to restaurants, ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate have a number of amenities : FREE WiFi, FREE Parking, private beach access, heated swimming pool and a picnic & grilling area!

Affordable Beach Front

Comfortable spot with a good beach view. Property is listed as dog friendly. Be aware that there is not a grassy area available on the property to walk your pet and no sidewalk on the road the property is located on.

Living on the Sunny Side

The reservation went smooth and the follow through was excellent. There was a fair amount of sand on the floor rug which didn't create an issue it was just noticeable. The hotel staff at the office is/was excellent. We enjoyed our visit so much we rented for another week in another available unit. Excellent facility and again the staff is over the top excellent. Donna was so friendly,professional,caring,always smiling and going out of the norm to make sure our stay was perfect. Shawn the maintenance engineer was so polite always spoke and asked us how we were doing.Donna was always available for any questions we had. Our stay was awesome except for the rain but she smiled us thru the storms. Great place to stay our unit was great the owners are fantastic caring people. Will be back. Pool was awesome. Security was great. We felt so safe. Thank you for having such fantastic employees.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, unfortunately we were there for a short stay had to leave because my little poodle got sick. Think maybe part of it was from because whoever clean the condo really needed to do a much better job than what they were doing the floor when I walked around on it for about 10 minutes. My feet were solid, black them to the bottom. The curtains hanging in the living room had from where animals had been in there that had Peed on them so much that I had stopped. Halfway up the curtains, the couch around the bottoms, look the same way. It was pitiful. I hate to complain. I’m not one to ever do that, but that was disgusting. Like I said we had to check out early and I hate to say I wasn’t sorry to check out.

They need a bar in the bathroom for a elderly person to hold on to while taking a shower. This was in room 309.
