Our Point of View on Hyco Lake

Welcome to Our Point of View on Hyco Lake! Our property is located on Hyco Lake and is conveniently located near Roxboro, VIR, Danville, VA.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Our Point of View is a lovely three level lake front home with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, eating area, living room and 3 full bathrooms on the main (middle) level. This level has a nice sized deck that looks out over the semi-shaded backyard, as well as, the boat house and cove.

The top level has a bedroom and the bottom level boasts a large family room with TV and fireplace, laundry room, bedroom with twin beds and a full bath. This level has double doors that open out to a patio area and the backyard.

Guests will have access to the whole house/grounds with the exception of an owner's closet located in the master bedroom. Also, guests will not have access to the owner's boat located in the dock slip. However, if a guest would like to rent a pontoon during their stay, we can assist you with a 3rd party rental.

Quiet neighborhood with paved road to the property. Neighbors are located on either side of the property.

Parking is located at the property. Please do not park in the garage. Once your boat is in the water, the marina is less than 2 minutes away and you are located on the main (busy) part of the lake.

Our Point of View is located less than two minutes from Buoy's Restaurant at Hyco Lake Marina, which is directly across the road leading to the Person/Caswell County Lake Authority and Campground.
Guests are required to sign a NC Vacation agreement per the NC Vacation Rental Act
Guests not use the two fireplaces located on the backyard patio. They are for decorative purposes.
The boat slip/boat are not accessible for the guests.
