Beautiful contemporary home on a hill with amazing ocean views from Montana de Oro State Park to Cayucos! Nice patios extended for the full length of the home. Seating area throughout the patio area to take in the sun while enjoying the majestic Pacific Ocean and sunsets.....we are up the hill from a few great restaurants and grocery store. The beach and town are a short drive down the hill, where you will find shopping, amazing restaurants and coffee shops, live entertainment, bars and a park!
The space
The home is a large three bedroom, three bathroom contemporary home with two kitchens. My son (Cal Poly student) and I stay upstairs. We are always out and most of the time do not stay in the home. We have access to our private area through the sides of the home. We do not see the guests or share any areas. We have our private accomodations on the third floor. The home is quiet and wouldn’t be a good fit for parties or frat gatherings. However, if you want to enjoy the surrounding areas (Avila Beach, Cayucos, Cambria, Pismo Beach) and have a luxurious place to relax, bbq, and take in the ocean views when you get back home, then this is the place for you!

The guests have full access to the downstairs and front patio areas. Please do not go upstairs or in the backyard, and we DO NOT go downstairs in your area. Again, we have a separate entrance.

Other things to note
the guests enter the home up two flights of stairs and, although we have a fireplace, the guests are NOT allowed to use it.
