This 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home is a golf enthusiast's dream. Enjoy convenient access to the IMG golf club along with incredible views right from home. The pool area is fully screened for added convenience and even offers a BBQ, pool toys, and plenty of seating to kick back and relax. This location offers a short drive not only to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island but also to Sarasota beaches like Siesta Key as well! Being centrally located makes this location the perfect spot for the explorer as you are just a short drive to the Sarasota/ Bradenton Airport, St Armands Circle, and downtown locations.

Walking into the property you will notice how all the space flows together with the open floor plan blending the dining room, kitchen, and den all together. This property offers two living rooms that both let in plenty of natural lighting and allow easy access to the pool deck.

Continue walking in and you will reach the comfortable and cozy living room complete with ample seating areas that can fit you and all of your family or friends. You can sit back or lay down on the couches or chairs and read a book, prop your feet up on the coffee table, or watch your favorite movie on the smart TV on the wall. Turn on a flick at the end of the night and pop some popcorn to have a relaxing night in!

If you want to make a fresh dinner or snacks for yourself and your friends, then head into the modern and spacious kitchen. Use the stainless steel and modern kitchen appliances to make a healthy lunch, whip up a fancy dinner, or just make some appetizers for you and your pals. Our kitchen makes it easy for even the most inexperienced chefs to make a fast and tasty meal!

If you are tired of being stuck inside, head to the backyard screened-in pool and seating area to sit and enjoy the cool outdoor breeze. Florida is known for its year-round warm weather, so the cool breeze in the evening is fully welcomed. Take a swim with the sea turles at the bottom of the pool or hang out pool side and enjoy the Florida Sunshine!

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? This house offers a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms on the left side of the house and the other just to the right of the kitchen. The master and bunkroom are on the left and the master comes equipped with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV. It also has access to the pool deck! The bedroom just outside the master is the bunkroom which is equipped with 2 full-sized bunk beds. Off to the other side of the home, the final bedroom comes with a queen bed and smart TV.

**The house is equipped with 500 MB of high-speed wireless internet. High-quality towels and linens are provided for your use.
*Ring Doorbell is used on the front door for security.
*External cameras used to monitor entry points to the front of house and gates.
*Pool heat is available for an additional fee
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
