573 Stone Creek Drive East is a charming Scandinavian style mountain home offering 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood surrounded with mature willow and spruce trees, hiking/biking trails, and a bubbling mountain stream running through the backyard overlooking the 6th hole of the Eagle Vail (public) golf course. The large kitchen and two living room spaces are perfect for entertaining the whole family.
The exceptional location offers a perfect base for your mountain expedition with restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, shops, and golf course/Nordic trail system less than 0.5 miles away and two world class ski resorts within a 10 minute drive: Vail Ski Resort (5.6 miles) and Beaver Creek Ski Resort (4.3 miles). The buzzing mountain towns of Vail, Minturn, Avon and Edwards are all within 5 miles of our front door and accessible by the local bus stop, just down the road. It’s a beautiful spot in both summer and winter!
This luxury duplex features an open and inviting main level living room with vaulted ceilings, a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace, large picture windows with mountain views and golf course views, ample seating and a 65 inch Smart TV (Samsung Frame) HDTV. Sliding glass doors open to a private deck which features a bistro table and chairs, couches, an outdoor BBQ Grill and Adirondack chairs by the river. There is plenty of beautiful yard space and a professionally landscaped and maintained yard to enjoy the variety of lawn games provided by the hosts.
The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8+ and is next to the large remodeled well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range and kitchen counter with 3 barstools. Down the hall is a queen bedroom. Next to the kitchen you’ll find the laundry and bathroom room equipped with high end washer/dryer.
Head up the stairs to find two large bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king beds with large closets and each room has a full ensuite bathroom. The master suite has a large walk-in shower, separate bathtub, a large walk-in closet, balcony, and 40’ TV
Travel to the basement to find a full bathroom, a second living room with a working gas stove, an 80 inch smart TV, and a variety of board games. The basement has an infraded sauna with benefits to support improved mood, reduced pain, and detoxing. The sauna has a lock with a code share with adults upon arrival so as to ensure safety for families visiting the property. Next to the rec room, you’ll find a large bedroom with two twin over queen bunk beds and a walk-in closet.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 12 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 3 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
No commercial photography or filming.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.
OTHER POLICIES and IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We want to make sure your stay with us is safe and healthy, so we have implemented the following protocols:
1. Guest Friendly Cancellation Policy: We have made our cancellation policy more guest friendly to allow you more time to make changes and still receive refunds. You can cancel 60 days or more from arrival and receive a 100% refund or if you cancel between 31 and 60 days you will receive 50% refund of the 50% reservation deposit, so you will forfeit only 25% of the reservation if you cancel 31 days or more from arrival.
2. Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew has been trained and is providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas for all homes prior to and after each stay.
3. Contact Free Entry: We will provide you with a digital key code for front door entry, so no person-to-person contact is needed for entry. Just punch in the code, use the key and let yourself in. The code changes with each guest so you can feel safe in knowing that it cannot be accessed by previous renters.
5. Soap and Disinfecting/Cleaning Supplies: Hand sanitizers and/or additional disinfectant/cleaning supplies will be in the home when you arrive.
6. Lots of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Tissues: We have pre-purchased and will stock all our home with enough toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. so you shouldn’t need to try to buy them on your vacation.
7. New Linens and Bedding: all sheets, towels, bathmats are professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.

Welcome to our home. We live in Denver and when my husband and I met 13 years ago, we knew that one day we would want a place of our own in the mountains. We love to ski and now our kids do too. We use the home in the winter and in August. The rest of the time we rent it to offset the cost. We wish we could be up here more, but kids sports and work keep us in Denver often. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. EagleVail Golf Club is one of the reasons people love to live and visit here. The gorgeous 18-hole public golf course is the perfect combination of a gentle river course and a challenging, yet fair, mountain course, offering players of all abilities an exhilarating golf experience.
Whiskey Hill Golf Grill offers up a pub-style menu, full bar, sport tvs and Wii Interactive for the kids. Call for more information.
Willow Creek, the only public par 3 golf course in the Vail Valley, is a comfortable, fun and friendly course, ideal for learning or reviving your game, or simply teaching golf to your kids.

We think the bedroom layout, two living rooms and outdoor and indoor eating space greats a beautiful home for two families to enjoy on vacation together. The home and beds are comfortable, but the proximity to an incredible amount of adventures, dining, shopping, and sport are what make it truly unique. We have a beautiful yard for children and families to enjoy (with yard games in the garage) while grilling on the deck or enjoying an afternoon happy hour.
