Welcome to our serene retreat in Kerrville, TX! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. With direct river access, you'll have plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, or simply enjoy the peaceful sound of the water.

The Space:
Our home comfortably sleeps 10, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The spacious living area is perfect for movie nights or game nights, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking up delicious meals.

Each bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. The first bedroom has one queen bed, the second bedroom has two queen-size beds, while the third has a bunk bed and a king bed.

Outside, you'll find a large patio area with plenty of seating and a grill for cookouts. You can also relax on the hammock swing and take in the beautiful views of the river and surrounding hills. For those who want to explore the area, there are plenty of nearby attractions, including wineries, museums, and state parks.

We've taken care to provide all the necessary amenities and facilities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You'll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and ample parking space. We also provide linens, towels, and basic toiletries.

Safety details:
Remember, you are in the country. There are bugs, scorpions, snakes, deer, fish. We are on the gorgeous Guadalupe River, and while we hope you enjoy the natural beauty, please follow the safety rules in our house manual. Please note that
kids must be with an adult at ALL times.

Swimming:
The river gets deep very close to the shore and there is a steep drop off. It is NOT safe for children of any age. If you are looking for easier River access, please head to Bear Creek road and access the river on the bridge crossing. It is much safer and enjoyable.

Guest Access:
You can park directly at the house upon your arrival. You will have access to entire property for yourself and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Please be mindful of our neighbors and stay on our property only during your visit.

Other Things to Note:
We have provided a house manual in the property. Please take time to go through it thoroughly so we can ensure you have the best trip.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
